Works great holds in moisture well. I had some extra meat and jammed it into the last one it stretched but didn't burst. So overall good quality I use hog rings to seal mine and it works well.

Was easy to fill but could not tell if any air got locked inside during the filling process. Later after cooking found did hold air inside causing the casing to not fill up solid.
