The unit I received is labeled 3V +/- 5%. Actual measured voltage was 7.15V unloaded and 7.10V under about 200mA of load. Upon opening the adaptor I found no fuse or other protective device at all. The 120V wiring is undersized to the min required by code to accommodate available short circuit current; making this device not code compliant for use in the United States. This manufacture aught to be ashamed of themselves.

Hardwired to our Tinkerbell tree topper. Measured voltage with a calibrated fluke meter before hardwiring it and it read 3V. Working great so far.

Works well. I use it for battery replacement. Instead of 2AA's in small devices, I use one of these.

I chop the end off and wire them directly into either the battery box or the light string themselves. More economical than buying batteries.

Perfect for my light project on my HO train layout.

bought unit to replace 3V battery to run tea lights. Unit showed 3.4 volts and immediately burned out the lights.Too much voltage. Out of tolerance. It was cheap so I guess you get want you pan for.
