CELESTRON UPCLOSE G2 7X35 PORRO Binoculars

Celestron is a well known name in astronomy circles. So when I saw a Celestron product under 2K, I was intrigued. This is a 7×35 binoculars (7x magnification and 35mm aperture). A good binoculars for birding and wildlife. Portable and light. Anything larger is unwieldy and heavy. This binocular can also be used for astronomy especially for faint objects like deep sky objects and comets. Celestron 7×35 is a perfect all round binoculars. A good buy at a very reasonable price.

Namaskaar, i loved the article fir it's sturdiness n quality of plastic used . Researched n found that celestron is an American company n guess quality speaks for itself. Me n my nephew tried it on roof and could see even water tanks placed ~400 metres quite clearly . (7x power) Could read no.plates of cars parked from 4 th floor very clearly . Both the outer glasses are protected by separate covers . To adjust to eyes ,first adjust the eye pieces n let them align with each other n then use the centrally placed red knob to focus far off objects .. Though pricey but eye pieces captures good amount of light (35) . Best part , my 12 yr old nephew was happier after receiving some adventurous gift after slee of garments n toys over the years ! 😊

I have brought this product to observe wild life and birds. This is a good product which meets my requirements.

I basically wanted a binocular with exit pupil -5- for amateur astronomy. I got the binocular on the said date . Packing was good , and it was COD. It arrived without damage . I am able to see the stars clearly , and that was the reason , I bought this.Ursa Major I was able to see clearly with the binocular . But it could be used better for bird watching & games . Overall for Rs1900/- it is a good buy for a first time binocular purchase .

Have this and an aculon 8x. Can’t recommend the aculon over this considering the price. Yes the edges are not sharp but that makes no real world difference to birding.

Articolo perfetto. Arrivato in perfette condizioni e tempi. Posseggo sia il modello 10x50, sia il 7x35, usato in astronomia. Con questo tipo di binocoli è possibile osservare luna,pianeti,galassia di Andromeda,molte stelo doppie,nebulose,ammassi aperti e ammassi stellari. Questo tipo di binocoli hanno un comodo aggancio per poter essere fissati su un cavalletto fotografico, parere di un'astrofili.

C' est comme il faut, solide comme construction, mais un peu decu de la magnification, on attendait un peu plus, mais je suppose c' est comme sur la description.

Boşluksuz düzgün çalışan odak tekeri, fazla oynama esneme yapmayan odağı bozmayan mercek köprüsü, düzgün hizalanmış çift görüş yok, gayet kompakt ve sağlam sıkı gövde gevşeklik oynaklık yok, merkezin 2/3 lük kısmında gayet düzgün görüntü , yıldızlar noktasal, geniş görüş alanı, 7x büyütme elde titreme yapmıyor stabil görüntü. Fazla para harcamak istemeyen fakat dürbünle tanışmak isteyen hevesliler için tavsiye edilir, gayet eğlenceli bir cihaz.

Fasst sich sehr gut an und macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Okularbrücke wackelt etwas, was aber nichts ausmacht. Nach erster Bestellung gleich ein Kollimationsfehler (Test Blinklicht an Windkraftanlage nachts, Bilder ließen sich hier nicht übereinbringen). Bei Ersatzartikel nun das gleiche nach wenigen Tagen. Ich könnte schwören es wäre zu Beginn nicht so gewesen. Vermutlich sind die Prismen nicht in vernünftigen Käfigen montiert sondern schlicht geklebt. So macht es keinen Sinn. Die Prismen scheinen im übrigen unvergütet zu sein.

I got these UpClose G2, the 7x35 for my wife and the 10x50 for me. Mainly for astronomical use. These may not be astronomically optimized, fully multi coated, pixy dusted binoculars, but these humble $25 binos are good enough for star gazing. They survived international shipping in perfect collimation. Focus works well, images are sharp, views of the stars are amazing. A note on sizes: 7x35 is a great size for more prolonged handheld use. The magnification is also "just right" for navigating the sky, because more constellations and star clusters fit in the field of view. The 10x50 size is heavier, my hands/arms get tired sooner of holding it. The higher magnification means better views of many things (from the moon to Orion's Nebula) but also means a narrower field of view. A note on focusing: learn how to do it! After adjusting the width to your interpupillary distance, put one of the lens caps on the right lense (so that it's blocked and only your left eye sees through). Then aim at a star, and focus the knob until it's looks like a perfect spot. The switch the cap to the left lense, look with your right eye, and rotate the eyepiece (not the center knob!) until the star is again a perfect spot. Then it's done, remove the lens cap and enjoy! The carry bags an lens caps / dust covers they came with are serviceable. All in all, these are good quality an excellent value.
