Does anybody know what the four rubber cone-shaped things that came with the box are for?

I believe that the cones are supposed to be used as grommets, but you will have to put a hole in them large enough for the wire that you intend to use.

What size are the terminal screws? I want to use ring terminals on 6ga wire.

The terminals are "set" screw type. Can not use ring terminals. It might accept 6ga. I used 8ga for my installation and found that size extremely difficult to make everything fit into the box when finished. Not alot of space to close everything back up.

Is the amperage rating (RLA) 63 amps?

I believe that it would be 63RLA amps yes. It has pretty large contacts inside. I'm only running a 30 amp 2 pole dryer though it on #2 and a 15amp 2 pole AC on #1.

Can i run single phase in for feed and two out feed lines with this ?

Yes, you can just hook up one or two of the contacts (110v or 220v) and use it as a double throw switch. You could also hook up jumpers to the in side and power up to three 110v loads per side of the switch if you so desired.
