Ghost Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Cereal, 17g Protein, 9.2 oz

Fire! They taste 95% the same as regular sugared variety. I hear the complaints about texture a lot in the reviews and I'll be honest with you; they aren't the same texture wise but the texture is not off-putting. They have a decent amount of fiber and a healthy dose of protein. Sugar content is a bit high but for a once and awhile treat that won't crash your diet, it works.

The best low sugar / carb cereal I have found. Taste took a little getting used to, but I love it, now. If only it were a little cheaper.

The cinnamon taste of the cereal is good but the texture is horrible , when I chewed it went from crunchy to feeling like I’m chewing on dirt , also left my mouth feeling very dry after , will not purchase again.

After trying a handful of Ghost products, I've come to experience just how great most of their products taste (and in the case of their supplements; perform). While I haven't had this cereal since I was a child, I have fond memories of it, despite its terrible nutrition. This cereal improves on that of course with sugar substitutes, high protein and other beneficial ingredients. The flavor is nice albeit lacking the sugar texture and sweet intensity of the real thing. That said, as a substitute, it definitely hits a nice note considering its superior ingredients. The texture is good but much lighter, loftier and albeit different. Oddly the cereal doesn't seem as dry and crunchy, almost a little bit humid...not sure if that's normal or if it was packaged in a humid environment. While this costs more than the cereal it emulates, the price is justified with its superior ingredients. At minimum it is a nice cereal to try. Up to you to decide if it is worth a constant rotation. Their other protein cereals can be found here: https://amzn.to/3SvOccX I'm sure a lot of people would be excited for the Lucky Charms cereal.

I like to mix protein cereal with Greek yogurt and usually eat Catalina crunch... That being said this gets 5 stars for cinnamon goodness, but the texture is like it crumbles into protein powder and kinda chalky, especially after you mix with yogurt or milk. It's less prevalent when you taste it dry. I don't hate it, but I don't love it. It's a shame because it has a great cinnamon-ey taste. Catalina has a great crunch that's not powdery and I think the difference is the fiber which also affects the carbs. It's a good attempt by (general mills I think it is) but I think it needs fiber to hold up better. Anyway, that's just my opinion, so I give it 3.

This cereal is even better than the regular Cinnamon Toast Crunch because it doesn’t spike my blood glucose. As a pre-diabetic that’s very important to me. The texture and taste is really yummy and the portion size is larger than normal cereal. I love that it is high in protein, too. I even eat it without milk sometimes as a small snack when I want something sweet.

Contains bioengineered food ingredients. This should not be considered a good cereal just bc it has 17g of protein. Bioengineered ingredients are terrible for people to consume. I should have paid more attention to the ingredients before purchasing. Taste wise - somewhat tastes like the real cinnamon toast crunch but it's Much drier. For those that don't like eating cereal with milk, you might not like the texture. I can't recommend this cereal just because of the bioengineered ingredients.

This stuff is simply delicious honestly I absolutely love that I can enjoy the flavors of those super sweet cereals without the guilt. I’ll also throw this into some yogurt or add it to my home made ice cream that we make in the ninja creami. Try it it’s pricey but a good tool to switch up breakfast guilt free.
