not elastic
its large, but at the same time impossible to get on because the reflective strips do not flex.

Nice quality, but reflective tape reduces shirt's fit and flexibility
The shirt is the correct size, but because of how the reflective tape is sewn into the shirt fabric, it loses some of its elasticity and makes the shirt fit a bit too tight. It's still large enough to fit, but it reduces the flexibility of movement.
