How do you clean the pump?

We tried to clean the pump but it’s not possible due to the design. This fountain stopped working after only 8 weeks of use. I contacted the seller but didn’t receive a response. I don’t recommend this item.

The pump is too loud. What are my options?

Make sure the pump is completely submerged under water - that should lessen the motor noise.

How do you stop it from splashing all over? I have it on the lowest setting and it's still splashing. I have rocks on the bottom.

I have rocks in the base as well. Have you tried some small rocks in the leaves?

Why is the water flow so weak , or does it take a while to get the moter running ?

Mine never ran at all. The pump is really cheap. Weak is probably all you’ll get.
