This product is very sturdy but you can bend and shape it to positions that you need. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I've bought other desktop clamp camera or microphone holders and this one seems smaller and out of the way....It works great. It feels like the plastic around the adjustable ball head seems like if you tighten it too tight and really crank down on it, it could definitely break. But when tightened snug it holds.

It's very to extremely stiff. Can't been very tightly. Other than that it's very strong.

I stream on Twitch and wanted a mount that would allow me to move my side camera from either a top-down view to a side-view easily. From the pictures it looked like the stand would be flexible enough to do this. The box came with only the components, and no instructions (it's fairly simple to put together, but there was a bit of sequencing I missed so I had to take a few pieces off). The ball that allows the camera head to swivel had some corrosion on it, despite being a new product. The whole rig put together is incredibly sturdy, but for my set-up that was the problem. Trying to move the arm to a new position was really difficult, and starting to untwist the arm from the clamp to get into the position I needed it to be in. Luckily my husband will be able to use it for his streaming purposes, otherwise I would have likely returned it. So if you're looking for an affordable and sturdy rig for a top down view, this is a great choice. If you need an arm with more flexibility and ease of movement, I would look elsewhere.

The Etubby Adjustable stand does its job very well! You get exactly what you pay for, it executes its job perfectly and gets the job done, perfect length and holds the camera very nicely while allowing you to adjust the angel at any time!

It works well, but it is a little hard to bend and move into position.

I needed a way to record over a small table for my tarot readings and couldn't get all my big, bulky, professional camera stands to fit into the extremely small area that I have to record. I love this thing. I did have to tweak it and really figure out how and where to attach it to the table, but once I figured it out it was great. I was worried that it wouldn't be sturdy enough to last, but this thing is thick and hard to move. You really need to force the bends, but that's the great part. If I switch from the small webcam to a big professional heavy camera, it will still be sturdy enough for the upgrade. Fantastic and I will buy another one when I start recording for the training courses so I can record two angles or more. LOVE IT!!

Holds the cam well enough but the clamp is poorly made. It doesn't clamp very well and broke after a few weeks use. I use this to hold an overhead cam at my lathe and it was only moved a couple of times. The clamp just broke off one day after it had been attached for several days. Look for something else that might hold up longer.

Well made, but I cannot get it to attach to my desk. It is very wobbly no matter how much I tighten it, and falls off with the slightest touch. Poor design.

I love it! I’m using it to record videos on my phone next to my computer screen and it works amazing.

Good basic nothing special

I bought this to mount my GoPro and or iPhone in precarious positions. It does the job very well. Solid vice clamp on one end. A functional, but not the best tripod mount on the other end. It can be replaced with a better one though. This is a good deal for the money.

We got this gooseneck camera/device holder primarily to use with a pack and play that we occasionally use with our baby. We found that it fit perfectly onto the bottom of a baby monitor we had and it's been so incredibly useful for when we put him down to sleep and can monitor him, no matter what his position thanks to how flexible the gooseneck is. It's got a clamp that can be tightly attached to most surfaces and it holds in place very very well. As mentioned, the gooseneck is very flexible and can be adjusted with little force but does hold firmly in place. Overall, excellent and essential addition to our baby monitor accessories!
