A good Quality Product
This is a good quality steam iron. I get through a lot of ironing weekly so this iron has made the job much easier. The iron has a large water tank clearly visible, very good steam functions, it heats up quickly and the iron plate is very smooth and glides across clothes effortlessly. The iron is larger than my last one too which is good as i have found it covers a bigger area hence clothes get ironed faster in less time. It also has a steam cleaning function to avoid steam holes from blocking.

Not what I expected. Not as light as I thought it would be. Steam isn’t that good on it.

Gives a good steam press
This is a great light weight iron with a steam facility for a good press! I did find that the iron plate didn’t glide very well initially but this has now resolved with use! The plug fits into a U.K. adapter as it’s not an iron you can plug straight into a socket! However the adapter is issued with the iron for U.K. use.

Great item, just doesn’t very last long!
Really pleased with this iron initially. Lightweight, great sole plate. Bought in Feb 2020 and it packed up in Nov 2020. For this reason, NOT impressed!

easy gliding
I normally buy named irons which do't last at all - this time I brought this unnamed iron and I am really impressed - I do around 3 hours a week ironing and this one is the best one I have found for years - it glides easily and is light weight the different stream settings is my favourite function of this . I would recommend it to everyone

Quite shocking.
The iron leaks like a sieve from the sole plate. if you stand it upright much of the water ends up on the floor and it will soak any garment before it even touches it. The instructions were followed. It is quite ominous to read that the iron must not be left with water in it. The whole thing needs redesigning. Don't buy it. What can happen once, can happen again. Go to a better known brand where you can be assured of quality. I'm not sending it back in case it is sent to somebody else. it may kill somebody with all this water about. I'm binning it. The packaging was opened and had no outer wrapping, my address was on the iron's shop shelf box.
