These lights are much brighter than I expected. I love having a remote so I don't have to plug and unplug them like the lights of old. All the color choices are cool, though I tend to stick with one of the multitude of white shades. I like the clear wires which makes them less visible on my ornament tree. They seem to be decent quality. They came with an extra battery, which is nice. I have a six foot ornament tree and the 66 ft strand was enough to light the whole tree. Being LED, they don't get hot. I think they are very pretty and worth the price.

OMG I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE!!!! Okay, so right out of the box, they are just a bit tangled and twisted but the colors are so amazing and when its all set up it looks magical. I put these in my little camper and they were the perfect length to wrap around twice for extra creativity when needed. The settings are all really fun and easy and I was looking for something with a good fade setting where I can control the speed, so this was spot on. I was also surprised by how much I really love this odd setting they have called ASYN fade: its a mix of all the colors, still nice and bright, and it fades to new random colors throughout. I can slow it down, so it's a nice chill atmosphere too. I can't say enough how much I love these. I wish my video could better capture how it looks, my camera really doesn't do these lights justice. Easy to hang, very flexible, and has an extra long extension between the plug and the lights if you need that space. If you're on the fence, give them a try. I will update in a few months to be sure of how well they hold up. If you don't see more added to my review yet, then no news is great news!

Came exactly as described and are much brighter than I anticipated. Very thin rope. I am still playing around with all the settings and functions but so far so good. I attached a video of them in action on my Christmas tree. You won't be disappointed.

I bought two of these. One strand worked perfectly and the other strand only worked perfectly for a couple of weeks. I couldn't understand why I could no longer turn the lights to the orange color. Then, I had no idea why it was strobing multiple colors and not following a timer. A few days later, I couldn't shut them off and had to keep dislodging batteries to stop them during the day. Since one of the two strands was still working perfectly (and I really wanted the product) I exchanged the faulty strand for a new one. The new strand only worked well for about 2 days, and so I took it down frustrated. Just today, the "perfectly working strand" began flashing red lights (which I now know from experience is followed by the strobing multicolors and on/off issues). So, just to see, I put new batteries in (even though I thought it was much too soon as it hasn't been a month yet. As soon as I turned the lights on again, they behaved perfectly and all colors were accessible to me! So, these lights are great BUT only for about 14-18 days on three AAA batteries. If you see red flashing lights, do not worry yourself with returning the lights, just change the batteries. I purchased the second strand October 7th and received it October 9th and it began flashing red lights October 27th. I was using this strand heavily--about 8-9 hours a day. The first strand I began using September 30th outside with the timer function. This first strand lasted until a few days prior to October 15th, so almost two weeks before a battery change was required. Since I do like these strands, I'm going to just get some rechargeable batteries. I should note, though many colors are possible, I never found white. Instead of white, there is a light blue color. If you want the white color on these, I don't recommend purchasing them.

These work great! I ordered 3 sets and put them up under the eaves of my home and around my front door, primarily to use as red, white, and green Christmas lights; however, because the cords are very fine and the LED's are tiny, they virtually disappear during the daytime and when not lit, so I'm leaving them up year-round (which will also save a lot of effort each year in not having to put them up and take them down using a 20 ft. extension ladder). I set them with team colors on nights when there are football games on TV for my favorite teams as well as on other holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, and Voting Day. The variety of color choices lets me pick colors appropriate for each use. I like the fact that I can set them to go on and off automatically for 6-hour periods and that everything can be controlled from the remote, of which there are 2 provided. Only cons are that instructions for buttons on the remote could be better and they used black print against a dark gray background on buttons for function settings. The contrast is so bad I need a flashlight to see what the buttons do if I'm trying to use the remote in a dark room or outside at night, even with some ambient light in the area. The photo I attached is unfortunately overexposed but it does provides an idea of how they look for this use (red and green lights under eaves of roof in photo) and that they are plenty bright (brightness is adjustable if you want less). Only other thing I wished is that when you set them to flash, fade, jump, etc., that you could do that for a single color. It appears those functions only work for alternating between all colors but as I said the directions are minimal and maybe I haven't yet discovered just how to do that. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend these!

I bought 3 of these lights, fall of 2023. (2) 66' STRANDS AND (1) 132' STRAND - They were just what I hoped and affordable, easy to string etc. 2 of the strands failed a few months ago, and when I reached out to the seller / manufacturer, I was pleased to see, and experience, that they support their product. The transformers failed, but they sent me replacements and are working with me to make sure they work. Many might have just bought another brand to replace, but I am not because they responded right away. Communication helps keep a customer even when they're very remote, and even when a product fails in part. So I remain an Omika customer. Thank you customer service team!

I experiment with landscape lighting strings every dark winter. This string is different from other I have tried : it is battery powered, so I don't have to plug in , AND all bulbs are RBG, AND it has different functions which are controlled with a remote, AND it has a water resistant case for the batteries (for use outdoors), AND! it has a built in timer :-) These are all excellent ideas for outdoors lighting, so I figured 1 or more would not work, but the rest would still make it a good product for the money. I tried it out on a tree outside my dining room. The tree is on the shaded side of the house so it has been difficult to use solar powered lights, and I am trying to cut back on plug in lights because if one of my dogs bit into an extensioncord it could fry nerves in the throat and cause pulmonary edema (which is quite lethal). Sooooo,ni found out that the controller doesn't work from inside the house.....in fact, I had to be only a couple feet away from the battery box to use the controller......oh well. At least ALL the bulbs are RBG, so there's a wide variety of color options and patterns. I could have strobing multi colors at Christmas, fading teal for New Years, or bright red at Valentine's Day :-) I just gotta go outside to change moods. But another thing I found is that the fading program only seems to work for the cool colors, although the strobing functions captures the Reds nicely. I have not tried the timer function out, but if it works then this is the only model of lights at this price that I have found. I usually put timers on my plugin lighting and then have to wrap the timer (or control box) in plastic and tape to keep water resistant.....which is very ungainly. So if the timer function works -WITHOUT HAVING TO WALK OUTSIDE AND TURN ON THE LIGHTS USING THE SWITCH ON THE BATTERY BOX - then this will become my new favorite "thing". But in any case, these are very good ideas to put into lighting products, so I am hopeful more will pop up in the market in the future.

They’re very pretty. They work well. Delivered on time. Its just that I need something more for my project. I will be returning them.
