Have any of you used these outside in a colder and/or rainy climate?

Our front porch is covered but the webs stuck to the bricks very well even with wind and rain.

What coverage does this pack give?

It depends on how far you stretch it out.It worked well at my Halloween haunted party.

Does it glow in a black light?

If it hasn't been pulled too thin, it would probably glow. Depends on how thick you leave the "strands".

Aren’t you not supposed to use this outside? It’s very dangerous for humming birds, owls, etc. They get stuck and can’t get out!

We have it stung down the wood privacy fence and down the trees. The only thing that has gotten stuck are leaves which make it look even better. Just be aware of where you put it and it should be fine.my grands and greats helped put it up and had a blast.
