coocked it wrong but i now know how to get the real chowmein, soak in boiled water for 2 minutes wash with cold water dry , then add dark and light soy sauce and stir fry

Perfect every time and light not squishy like most noodles
They cook lovely add some soya sauce and oyster sauce and they are flavour some. A bit pricey though
