Awful Experience
After being unable to create a new account at USBank, I contacted customer service who unfortunately was not able to help me. I was really confused because my new card showed up pre-activated... ready to swipe and yet I'm unable to confirm my identity on their platform or through their customer service. I'm also unable to view my previous account with American Express or my previous statements for business purposes (that doesn't feel good). Because I was unable to login or work with customer service to get into my account I was somehow able to close the account, or at least that's what the customer rep told me. Super confused still and hopefully I don't get a random outrageous bill from collections in a year or so.I would advise people, especially family and friends to *NOT* obtain a prime business card. I didn't know Amazon would just move or change card providers (I bet its in the fine print though). The whole experience feels kind of slimy. I also don't have access to previous information through american express for the previous Prime Business Card. All in all find a different Credit Card!!!

Massive waste of time - AVOID!!!
Amazon unilaterally changed the provider from American Express to MasterCard forcing me to update payment information with all my vendors, and making my accumulated points inaccessible. This is supposed to be a small business card, but anyone who has ever been involved with small business knows that nobody has time for crap like this.FOLLOW UP: Amazon closed the original American Express account and transferred the balance to the new Master Card account. However, all the transactions listed (which is only about 30 days worth) are shown as having occurred on the same day. This means I'm going to have dozens of duplicated transactions when this gets imported into my accounting software, and since the original AmEx account is closed there is no way to review the original purchase history. What an absolute crap show

US Bank Support is Worthless
My Amex card turned into a US Bank Mastercard. I'm totally unable to create an online account. I tried over the course of several weeks hoping that glitches from the transfer might resolve themselves, but they didn't and I was forced to call them on the phone. I spoke with 5 different reps who all asked the same questions, verified my information is correct in their system, and then either transferred me to another agent or twice, the call ended mid-sentence and no one calls back despite my consent to use my phone number to return dropped calls. US Bank has absolutely awful support, no one has solutions to simple inquiries, you wait on hold at least 15 minutes each time you call and dropped calls are not followed up on. The reps are very comfortable saying they will transfer you to the correct department, but all you get is another clueless rep asking you to verify the same info again. There is no way to follow-up, just call, wait on hold, then the rep or the system hangs up on you. I was polite and patient with each one. Now all I can do is leave a bad review and pay my bill via snail mail.

Dont force me to open an account with US Bank
Amazon has cancelled its Business Card relationship with American Express and is moving to a US Bank Mastercard. I dont want this card, nor do I want to create an account with US Bank yet it seems to be a fait accomplis. There is no information available regarding how to stop this process. When the physical card arrives I will cut it and toss it in the trash. I will never use it. I do not have an account with USBank and will never open one. You have made this unmanageable as users are required to open an online account to do anything. The only thing I wish to do is disown any responsibility for this card. It will never be used. This will cause a significant reduction in my use of Amazon.

A Step Backward from the American Express Card
I was a longtime user of the Amazon Business American Express card and am disappointed with Amazon’s transition to the U.S. Bank Mastercard. The biggest issue for me is account management. I preferred the way American Express handled the account and do not like U.S. Bank’s centralized billing structure. For a small business, straightforward transaction tracking, reconciliation, and payment are more important to me than adding another credit card relationship. The transition itself also could have been handled better. My Amazon Business Amex account disappeared from my American Express online account while I still had current transactions and a balance to reconcile. Fortunately, I had previously downloaded my statements and reconciled the account, but customers should not have to worry about losing convenient access to their historical account information during an issuer transition.I use an Amazon-branded card only for Amazon purchases, so simplicity is particularly important to me. At this point, I expect to cancel the new U.S. Bank Business Mastercard. For me, the new card isn’t an improvement. It is a step backward.

Very Poor Transition to U.S. Bank
This transition from American Express to U.S. Bank has been a mess. My card is already active and I have started using it, but I still can’t properly manage it online, check and verify transactions, or even feel confident that I’ll be able to handle the first statement without problems. This should have been the most basic part of the transition. If customers are being moved to a new bank, the online account and card management should be fully working from day one.I never asked for this change, and things were working fine with American Express. So far, this has been a very frustrating introduction to U.S. Bank and a poorly managed transition by both U.S. Bank and Amazon.
