Good laptop, faulty charger
The laptop itself is great! My charger stopped working after 1 weeks and has been hell trying to get a replacement. Had to buy another charger because they wanted me to go through a whole return/refund process just for a new charger.

Filthy
The laptop is nice but came with a stick on cover over the dirty parts of the laptop? It’s filthy underneath and I’m not happy about that. Great device but the cleanliness of the seller was not good. I didn’t appreciate that it didn’t match the description either.

Arrive as expected!
I've always been skeptical of buying certified refurbished electronics but I'm really satisfied with this product. I can't tell the difference between this one and a new Microsoft Surface laptop, which is great since I am team Microsoft over Apple. The seller is reputable as this product did come with a 1- year Microsoft warranty with 90-day tech support. Upon, setting it up I did experience a minor issue with the Microsoft updates but, it wasn't anything YouTube couldn't fix. But, I do need to mention that this product is sensitive to winter weather because, of the material it is made of. After taking mines to school with me in a computer bag it wouldn't turn back on and I was afraid I would have to return it after only having it for no more than 4-days. So, do be aware that you if you live a cold state and plan to travel with this product that you need to keep it warm.

Great product! I bought this one for college and it works beautifully! Better than a MacBook! Has Face ID, and is worth the money!

Lightweight and compact
If you need small, light and highly portable, this is it! Love this laptop. Perfect size. I don’t use space consuming programs nor did I need storage so the small drive didn’t matter. If you need lots of storage this may not be the one for you. Drive is relatively small by today’s standards.

Product was as described.
Item came with a little more than what was mentioned. Even though it was described with having imperfection, the item came with a little more on top of that. Once I received the item it seemed in good working condition. If you don’t mind an engraving from a pharmaceutical company on it then your good. I personally do not want to carry an item with someone else’s logo on my laptop. It’s just a eye soar and not my taste. If the description had said that then I would have avoided it all together. I know I could have put a skin on top of it but I personally like the way it came from factory. The company didn’t really seem to want to work with me for a replacement or a different item. I personally would avoid the seller all together. Very deceptive in the way they describe the items.
