While you can certainly find a similar product for less money, you won’t one better than this. The oil is pure, clean, and high quality; meaning, there are no added ingredient’s, or extra additives that are unnecessary. Also, it doesn’t have any nasty aftertaste, or fishy burps associated with it. The effects are very noticeable, and I find right away that I have more energy throughout the day, and mentally I feel sharper, and I feel more able to flex my mental muscles. It also seems to help in my quality of sleep, and my dream recall. There is virtually no downside, there’s no bad taste, no bad smell, and overall it’s easy on my stomach. The only downside is the price, which isn’t cheap, but in my opinion, if you’re going to splurge on supplements, you might as well go for the highest of quality, or opt to not buy supplements at all. Another bonus, is that these do not have to be refrigerated after opening, and it doesn’t have a rancid smell even at room temperature. I highly recommend this product, and these are the only fish oil capsules that I’ll buy. The capsules are smaller, and easy to take. The only downside is that one dose is 3 capsules, but with everything else going for it, I don’t necessarily think of it as a bad thing. But it should be noted, one bottle of 90 capsules is roughly a one month supply. 10/10.

It's better than regular fish oil caplets!

One of best cod liver oil in the market.though is kinda pricey.

I have been taking this cod liver oil and I have noticed a significant difference almost immediately. The very next day, I observed a noticeable improvement in my eyesight and energy levels, and I no longer felt tired throughout the day. After a week, I no longer experience fatigue. I do not believe I will try any other fish oil on the market, as this product has provided such immediate and noticeable changes. As a side note, it seems that the quality of a product often reflects its price, and I intend to continue using this brand.

It’s rough getting this liquid down, but I do notice some good things happening. I use it daily .

I would give this 5 stars but for the price!

I started out with the Rosita liquid and just couldn't do it. So i switched to the gel caps. The one huge game changer I have noticed after taking for over a month...My sleep!! I sleep like a baby. And not like the sleep you get from supplements. This is natural good sleep. Night after night. I assume it is from the Vitamin D. I have zero digestive issues or burping fish taste with this. It has been a total game changer for me. I take the full three tab dose each day. I may even try dialing it back to two tabs to see what happens. But the sleep...Wow!
