We bake our own bread and rolls. My wife cooks also some German food when she needs Potato starch. This kind is a bit expensive but worth.

Good value for a harder to find starch...
Potato starch isn't the most widely used starch for cooking, but in Japanese and Korean cooking, it's used quite often for frying. On such recipe is Korean double fried chicken wings, which generally calls for potato starch (at least the recipe we use does). And finding potato starch in quantity is not an easy thing. You won't find it in bulk at most grocery stores like Vons, Safeway, Ralphs, Albertsons or even Whole Foods. We used to find it in 1/2 pound bags at our local asian market, but then we ran across Earthborn's offering. The price is pretty good for the amount and most importantly, once we buy one of these bulk buckets, we're set for awhile. We've never had any issues with Earthborn. We can highly recommend their bulk potato starch!

Lid is hard to open.
The flour is good. The lid is very hard to open. I have to wait to ask my husband to open it.
