Best thing for relief of back pain! Huge difference in how we feel after just one use! Easy to assemble and easy storage! My husband and I have both used this and love it!

I'm a 74 year old great grandma, and I put my table together by myself as my neighbor lady can attest to. It took me the better part of 4 1/5 hours. I did take a lunch break but it came together ok. I had 2 tough challenges; the first was getting the table to the correct height and supported so I could attach it to the swing arms by myself, and second was when (on the final step) I went to insert the pole assembly that has the rubber holders for your feet, wouldn't fit into the hollow square opening for it at the base of the table. The first challenge was solved when I turned my metal garden bench on it's side and put a cardboard box on that which brought the table up to the right height. The second challenge was a little harder. It seems at some point in time during assembly something rather heavy and solid had hit the outside edge and bent it in ever so slightly. It was enough to make the square box opening not square any longer. I took the lunch break I mentioned earlier and came up with a plan. I'm a DIYer, and I went and got my large hammer and my small hammer. I put the head of my larger hammer into the opening as far as I could and ever so slightly kept hitting it from the inside. It was just enough to push the bent part back out so I could get the pole with the rubber foot holders in. Like I said this machine is amazing. I'm about 5' 2" and I'm able to control myself with the provided handles that are on both sides so I can tip back completely feeling comfortable and safe. It helps my back and spine so much. I'm looking forward to being able to use my table for many years to come. Thank you Body Vision for a great inversion table.

Excellent! The package is large and heavy. I’m 5’3 125 lbs 38 yr old woman and I got it up the stairs to my porch and through the door. It was heavy! I’m the smallest adjustment and my 6’2 180 lb husband is just about the largest adjustment. Does the job. Assembly Directions were easy. It does not fold down for storage. It stays assembled. It’s easy to move from room to room on a wood or tile surface. It barely fits through a door way in the home. It takes up space for sure in a home. Make sure you read the “How to use” directions before you get on it and get stuck.

It definitely gets the job done, although it is a little difficult to get back up right. It is big and bulky, but folds up. It's a little too big to put under a bed, so I've got mine standing in the corner.

Just put it all together like few other people said around 1 hour all the parts were as stated together and all marked 2 wrenches were included. I used a 1/2 socket wrench to assemble faster also since I put it all together by my self . I used a strap for holding stuff down in my pickup truck to put the backrest together made it real easy for 1 person After a few minutes trying it out when done seemed as if it did help my back. Before got out of ARMY had a 50 CAL metal ammo can hit center of my back bone was informed my one nerve is on one of my disk causing the pain also do not want surgery per Dr from UCLA

This inversion table works fine. It is sturdy, easy to set up, comfortable and stores well. The problem it with the balance. I am 5' 3-1/2" but I have to use the 5' 2" setting to getting it to move. And no matter what setting I have it on I cannot get it to rotate back up without pulling myself up. I have read that a height bar would help with this but they table does not have one. If it were not for the balance issue this would be a 5 start product especially for the price.

I bought this for my son. We all have bad backs. Both he and I used it for the first time at 40 degree angle for about 3 -5 min. I’m amazed on how I felt after. How I still feel now ( about 5 hours later) I had this burst of good energy. My back pain became normal. I know realize the difference on what it’s like to not have back pain. Only problem is that we noticed a little rip on the table and one of the wheels came broken

Recommended by our chiropractor. Instantly feel the relief. Are you getting older and have frequent back pain. In our mid 60's and discussed with our chiropractor who uses one every day. I'm not much on buying exercise gimmicks but this is something different with a different purpose.
