Can I link these to each other if I buy more than one or do they need to both be connected to the router?

you can purchase additional Range Extenders if you want more coverage, but each device must be connected and configured via the router.

The cascade connection between Range Extender is not officially supported and could cause heavy slowdowns in the connection, as well as risk damaging the devices

Will the wifi 5 booster work on the sky glass tv Wi-Fi

The NETGEAR EX7700 extends the WIFI networks through a 2.4GHz band and two 5Ghz bands.
It should not exist any incompatibility issue with the Sky Glass TV.

It offers a tri-band WIFI speed of up to 2.2Gbps.
This data is estimated in optimal environmental conditions. Data throughput, signal range, and wireless coverage are not guaranteed and may vary due to differences in operating environments of wireless networks, including without limitation building materials and wireless interference.

We would suggest verifying the device data sheet with Sky in order to check if all the requirements are matched.

Does this allow router allow me to stream mu game content , I’m getting 300mbps with around 15 Ping but now the wifi box has been moved downstairs

The EX7700 is an extender, not a router. Therefore it will extend your router's signal and yes, if the signal is good enough it should allow you to stream.
