Why donโt the two red-green cards overlap perfectly when placed together? This is not a defect โ it is part of the design. The cards are intentionally offset so that the user must actively move their eyes (converge or diverge) in order to fuse the two images into one. If the images were already perfectly aligned, the brain would passively accept them and no visual training effect would occur. This slight misalignment is designed to stimulate the visual system and help improve eye coordination and fusion ability. Order of the red and green cards๏ผ The red card can be placed either above or below the green card. The order does not affect the usage or the training outcome. Why the stand is different from the one in the video๏ผ The stand shown in the video is a larger version designed for rehabilitation centers where space is not an issue. Useful, Quality Made Vision Training Kit
I have been using LAIDOLAILA Vision Training Kit for a while now and have found it very useful. I like it more than string trainers, because it has clear cards with different levels of difficulty and stable base, which make exercises more effective and convenient. The instructions on the cards are a bit tricky to understand (especially, if you are new to divergence and convergence exercises), but you there is a better explanation in the listing. I have found that to start 5 min is enough, and then you can progress, if you feel comfortable. The back nontransparent panel increases the difficulty of training (which is not well explained in the kit, but you can see the explanation in the listing). The kit is very helpful in promoting healthy eye coordination. Different color lenses together with the charts make your brain send signals to the eyes to look closely together (convergence) or look father away (divergence). I have not received the little training stick in my kit, but otherwise, it is very useful in training my eyes. It is the most useful in addressing the issue of lazy eye, by focusing both eyes on the same charts. I think LAIDOLAILA Vision Training Kit will last a long time and is a worthwhile affordable ($28.00) investment for promoting healthy vision. The main point is to be consistent - if you use the kit as intended on the regular basis, you should see results.
