Good product, exceptional customer service.
This seems to be a very good platform, very sturdy and easy to move around and use. I had a problem at first, but their customer service is top notch, and I was able to get it resolved in just a matter for days. They went above and beyond what I had expected. The only thing I would recommend is to get some skid proof stickers to put on the step as it is not skid proof. You can buy those for just a couple of bucks and apply them to the step. Other than that, it is very heavy duty and well-built and should last for years.

Sturdy and good quality. One downfall is that it is very slippery. Itโs slip with socks or barefoot.

Received Damaged
At this time, I can't give this stool a review because it came damaged and I am waiting a replacement part. UPDATE: The seller sent me a replacement stool, and it too was damaged (same problem). Needing to return the damaged stool, I decided to wait on the return until the replacement came. Was I glad I did because the replacement stool was damaged in the same way! Out of the two stools, I was able to put together one good stool and returned one damaged stool. This company was great to work with me and took my suggestion of how to improve packaging, so this won't happen again. They also sent me a gift for my troubles. The step stool is working great. It was easy to assemble. I recommend it for anyone considering purchasing it.
