Seems to work
I can tell a difference in 3 days my arms look 75% better. If it keeps working like it has I will buy again. I've had no side effects.

Rutin works great!
This is a low dose rutin. Other tablets have higher doses. I've titrated up to 2.5 tablets daily at lunch. Rutin can help strengthen veins and yes that can mean reduce bleeding from hemorroids, etc. On the downside, it can reduce mucus production so it can make for pastier poo (some reviews about other rutin brands use the word "constipation"; it's not exactly that - just pastier). Hence, you take the lowest dose you can and this is the lowest dose tablet I've found. Just add your standard stool softener if you're concerned about the above issue. These tablets are hard so I grind them with my molars as I eat lunch rather than hope they fully dissolve (taste is somewhat neutral). This really works well. I've been using for quite a while now and I'm happy with this rutin. I revised this review: I still use rutin (I've cut the dose down to only 1/2 at lunch) as I now also use Swanson Diosvein (diosmin and Hesperidin) and also with the Now brand Silymarin (milk thistle extract) and ORAC energy greens which all also contain flavinoids. The different flavinoids all seem to work together to promote vascular health (less leg swelling / less excessive bleeding; less anything bad about unhealthy veins / circulation). Still rutin can have it's place and I've had good luck with this low dose brand.

Are these still available?
I have been taking twice a day for about 6 years at the suggestion of a doctor. Very happy with them, but it seems that they might not be available. Hard to find.

Low Dose
This is a low dose formula, so if you want to take a daily dosage of 200mg or more you'll have to take 4+ pills a day. it might be easier to get a higher dose (500mg) tablets to get the desired results.

Good supplement to complement with Vitamin D
Bought this to help my wife supplement nutrients which were missing and resulting into a rupture in her veins resulting into red spots on her whole body. The spots have almost disappeared and probably Rutin might have contributed to some extent. Not sure whether it was THE supplement. But overall, we are happy.

Do You Suffer From Eye Disease?
I started using Rutin about 4 years ago when my eye doctor diagnosed me with glaucoma. The naturopathic doctor, Dr. Joel D. Wallach, whose advice I take, recommended using the rutin at 50 mg, three times daily, along with betaine HCI, vitamin C., along with his coloidal vitamin formula. This advice is in his book, "Dead Doctors Don't Lie". So in 2016 I was being treated for glaucoma, and I was taking the prescribed eye drops, which were not working very well. Now, recently at my last appointment, my doctor was delighted to tell me that I am no longer going blind, and my eye pressure is in the normal range! The drops didn't make the difference, Dr. Wallach's recommendation and the rutin did! Darcella L. Goodman Topeka, Kansas

It works for me
Sorry I don't have pics to share. Let me start by saying my Dermatologist recommend this with vitamin c. I was getting those ugly purple spots on my arms everytime I accidentally bumped my arms. If you get them you know what im talking about. I just purchased my 3rd bottle! My skin all over looks healthier and those big ugly purple spots are tiny and few and far between! That will keep me taking it with the c vitamin. I have also noticed that any cuts or abrasion are clearly healing a lot faster for me 3 times faster! As far as inflammation i am not certain about what its doing for me. Hope this helps!
