Good value large pack . Flavour better than most . Quite gentle and not sharp

This tastes great, which although not a deal breaker really does make all the difference and encourages me to drink it more often and less grudlingly. Effetcive before and or after intensive workouts, and dissolves without a fight.

They are great for ensuring safe hydration and if you have medical concerns they are a helpful supplement. Per 7g serving the nutrients are listed as follows: Sodium 600mg Potassium 300mg Chloride 278mg Calcium 70mg Magnesium 45mg Zinc 7.6mg Copper 0.75mg Vitamin C 150mg Vitamin B2 20.02mg Vitamin B6 2.5mg Vitamin B12 25ug Taurine 300mg Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethylglycine) 100mg I wasn't sure if the seal had been breached, but the powder was a mixture of smaller and larger granules so I gave it a mix prior to using to distribute those evenly. The scoop is perfectly sized for a dose. I found putting it in the glass then pouring water over it made it dissolve pretty well fairly quickly. But after a few minutes it had dissolved pretty well. I loved the taste of this, not too heavy on the artificial sweetener and not too heavy on the saltiness either. Sometimes this is where electrolyte drinks are a bit off-putting, but this was a really pleasant taste. More orange with a hint of mango. I found this fantastic not only f or my hydration levels, but also my general energy. This is a fully comprehensive electrolyte powder. With added vitamins and Osmalytes the only reason I can see this might not be suitable for anyone is if they are already taking specific vitamins and don't want to upset that balance. The only downside for me personally is powder is a bit inconvenient to carry around, which is why I usually use dissolvable tablets for hydration when out and about. However, this is the perfect hydration drink for at home or to pre-mix to take out. Genuinely really happy with this. Even though I take vitamins having this with a bit of a boost is a great addition to my health and wellbeing care.

I've been using electrolyte products regularly for a while now, with Phizz being my usual choice. This product caught my attention straight away with its generous 7 gram serving size - roughly double the electrolytes per serve compared to what I'm used to. Sixty servings in a single tub makes the value hard to argue with. To get a fair comparison, I halved the serving and the water to match what I'd normally drink, and even at half dose the electrolyte and vitamin content is notably higher than competing products. Taurine is an interesting addition to the formula. It's an ingredient I associate with energy drinks, which I generally steer clear of because of the caffeine, so having it in an electrolyte powder is a welcome alternative. I can't say I noticed any immediate difference from it, though I'd be interested to see whether regular use over time has a cumulative effect. On the hydration front, the product does its job - I felt a clear improvement after drinking it. The mango and orange flavour, unfortunately, doesn't land well. Rather than a fruity blend, what comes through is mostly a bitter orange taste that borders on unpleasant. It's drinkable, but only just, and not something I'd look forward to. Dissolving the powder is a frustrating experience. Even with a teaspoon and plenty of stirring, clumps persisted throughout the drink. The first few sips are fine, but by the bottom of the glass you're left with a chalky, gritty residue of undissolved powder. It's not ideal. The tub is large and comes with an easy to use scoop, but I have reservations about the resealable lid - it doesn't feel fully airtight. With 60 servings to get through, I suspect the powder may absorb moisture over time and the already poor mixability could worsen further.

Great tasting pre or post workout/sports activity electrolytes. Nice tasting mango flavour with a slight nice salty kick. The measuring spoon that comes in the jar is very handy to make sure you’re getting the correct dose and you can more or less water depending on how strong you like it. As it’s not summer yet when the real sweaty workouts will begin, I can’t say electrolytes are necessary yet but certainly isn’t harming my performance. 2 months supply with all the added vitamins you get seems reasonable.

I’ve been using this mainly after a sauna session and I’m really pleased with it so far. KEY POSITIVES - The taste is genuinely pleasant and refreshing, especially after a hot sauna, without that harsh, fake “sports drink” edge I’ve had with other brands - Flavour-wise it’s more natural and smoother than my last electrolyte powder, which always tasted a bit artificial and chemical to me - It mixes really well in water; I usually make it up before I go into the sauna and by the time I’m out it’s fully dissolved with no gritty bits at the bottom - Nice, tidy tub that’s easy to store and feels decent quality, and the scoop inside makes it simple to get a consistent amount each time - I like that it’s sugar-free but still drinkable, so it doesn’t feel like I’m just taking a hit of sweetener for the sake of it OTHER OBSERVATIONS - It’s not quite “soda-level” tasty, so if you’re expecting a fizzy soft drink in powder form you might be a bit underwhelmed - The flavour is on the more subtle, natural side, so some people might prefer something stronger or sweeter if they’re used to very bold sports drinks - Because I mix it before the sauna, I’ve noticed it does best when it has a few minutes to sit; if you rush it and drink straight away you might get a tiny bit of powder that hasn’t fully blended - Price-wise, it’s not the cheapest option out there, but given the taste and how well it mixes, I’m happy enough to pay a bit more for it
