I found this to be very user friendly. I like the size and unlike other models, the screen goes all the way to the edge of the frame. The resolution is good and I like the multiple ways you can add photos - not just from the internet. You don't have to connect it to wifi at all if you don't want to. Tip: get the family to send you a bunch of photos and use a regular USB to put a batch of pictures on the frame before you wrap it up as a gift, then when grandma opens the present all she has to do is plug it in to see some photos right away. This makes it useful right out of the box, so setting up wifi and figuring out how to get the family to actually send some pictures through Frameo is a lower priority and optional step. You know it seems easy to us, but some people just won't bother to do it. I was skeptical about cloud sharing pictures, but it turns out the Frameo app is actually free (not a bait and switch, like some other apps) and it works great for sharing photos to the picture frame. They have some paid options for extra functionality, but you aren't forcing family members to have to join a paid service that maybe not everyone can afford. You don't have to pay, just to share a picture with grandma. This is an excellent option to help people feel connected with family and friends, after they can't use a computer or phone themselves. Some scenarios where this would be useful: elderly people who don't want to be bothered learning a new cell phone, disabled people who have challenges accessing social media, or hospitalized people where access to computers or phones is cumbersome. You can just hang this on the wall and the recipient can enjoy a sense of connection without the need to do anything themselves. From the frame, you can give admin privileges to someone else in the family through the Frameo app & that person can take care of managing the photos remotely. I will buy one of these for every elderly or disabled person in my family!

I love this frame. It does everything that I want. It is so simple to add photos to this frame directly from your phone or computer. There is one limitation of this unit though which does not bother me. You can only upload 10 pics at a time unless you upgrade to 100 pics at a time. Of course it costs more money. I do not have any issues with only loading 10 photos at a time. But when you upload any picture, it put what looks like an arrow on the transferring unit pictures.It only shows when your transferring pictures. This mark does not show when you’re not using the Frameo app. You can have any body add to this frame via WiFi if you give them a code that it gives you. You can tell when photos are adding because in the upper left hand side of the screen it shows a message telling you how many have been added. It comes with 64 gig memory onboard with a slot to add a SD card. The picture display is great on this unit. Just as good as my I phone. It does state numerous times not to unplug this unit but to power off first prior to moving or any other reason. I only issue that I have with this unit is that when you download pictures, you will have to adjust some from landscape the portrait mode. Pictures do not look as good on this mode since it only covers about 40% of the screen. But now I just take more pictures in landscape mode. It connects easy to your WiFi also. You can manually adjust each picture if the urge arises.

Gorgeous! Pretty straightforward and the controls are intuitive, easy to setup and use. Wifi connected without an issue, uploaded immediately and functions exactly how I need. Definitely worth the money.

This product does everything it advertised! Nice frame, large screen and good resolution (16:9 aspect ratio for the photography buffs) Load or play files from the SD card. No problems with the larger JPG files. Can easily create folders in the 64GB memory. Can set time of day operation schedule. Only concern is the warning at startup about damaging the unit by unplugging the power while the frame is running. It is not uncommon for us to have temporary power outages. Contacted customer service and they partially downplayed the risk. I put the frame on a small UPS just in case.

We ordered this digital photo frame for my father in law who is the proud great grandfather of 3, as of this year. With family scattered all over, we wanted to make sure he could keep up with how all of his babies are growing. He is in his 80's, and this has been very easy for him to use. It was bigger than we imagined, which is great. It looks beautiful, the display is great, photo sharing is super easy through the app, and everything works through wifi. Now I want one too!

The resolution of this photo frame is excellent. The adjustable brightness is also a great attribute. Typical pictures do not fill the 16x9 screen, but are very adequately displayed, not stretched. Videos and pictures play together seamlessly. Be aware that any MOV files must be converted to MP4 and HEIC files to JPG. Annoying, and may be time consuming. Set up instructions are not great, but getting started is fairly intuitive. Be aware that the app instructions must be coordinated with the device setup instructions. Strong warnings to always power down the unit before disconnecting, but the frames has survived a power outage without a glitch.

Beautiful large picture frame. Lots of memory for loading pictures. Very easy to setup and load pictures. May buy a second.

Love this ! Beautiful big screen and easy to use. I love that i can move the pictures at will if i want and adjust the size of the photo. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up and use, great price, good quality, very happy with its multi function system

Easy to upload photos. Image looks great. Allows for some minor edits to image position but would appreciate more versatility. Stand doesn't seem very strong but I guess one doesn't move a picture frame too often. Don't try to use SD card larger than 32 Gb - I did and it made my card unreadable (my fault as it does say this in instruction manual). Has internal 64Gb memory but operating system uses more than 7Gb, so in reality useable storage is just over 56Gb. Overall happy with purchase
