Straps are at an awkward angle for removing and attaching
This one came with some slight damage, scratches on the hitch section. The straps that hold the bike were very difficult to snap and unsnap. The angle of the knob that you have to put the strap around was very awkward and it required a good deal of finger strength to remove the strap from over the knob. My husband that has super strong fingers had problems with the straps as well due to very little room to work with and the awkward angle. We returned this.

Not easy to use the ties are super hard to get on wasted my money need two people to be able to do it easily Wanted to return but my time ran out waiting on my hitch to be installed Don’t buy
