Langers Organic Flavored Sparkling Water, Ginger, 12 Fl Oz (Pack of 8)

I am a heavy, Amazon user and can count on one hand the number of reviews I have ever bothered to write. But I am so obsessed with this that I had to come write a review today. The Langers ginger is my EVERY SINGLE DAY, absolute favorite beverage. By a mile. Only hate that I can’t get it at grocery stores near me so I keep trying other things and being disappointed and coming back and increasing the frequency of my Amazon subscription deliveries. I love that the ginger is bold and I love that it is not sweetened. I get that the flavor is not for everyone but hey, more for me. I hope they never ever change it. Crisp, refreshing perfection. No artificial sweet taste. Nice bold pop of ginger though, to keep it from being boring. It’s just perfection, and you can’t find anything else like it. Maybe some day they will make a noncarbonated option as well, which I would be down for. Anyway, just can’t say enough how much I love this stuff. I’ve been obsessed for years. And today, I realized it was a crime I had not written a review. My bad for gatekeeping!

Langers ginger flavored sparkling water is one of the most refreshing drinks that I've tried. The seltzer water is moderately carbonated (comparable to soda), and is unsweetened and organic. The water has a strong ginger kick and is white in color. It tastes a lot like unsweetened ginger ale. I strongly recommend refrigerating or serving over ice, though it's still drinkable at room temperature. I usually drink it straight, but I imagine that it would work well as a mixer. My only complaint is the price. While I've previously bought the same brand and size for $7.99 per pack at Woodman's, I paid $11.99 per pack on Amazon. So why did I buy this on Amazon? I haven't seen this flavor in stock at my local Woodman's in over a month, and I've tried to find a decent substitute with no luck. This should speak volumes about just how much I love this product. Unless I see this flavor again at Woodman's, I'm likely to order it again on Amazon.

I bought the ginger flavor. The title describes perfectly what it tasted like. There's literally no ginger flavor at all, and the dirt flavor is pretty strong. So if you like eating dirt, this is for you. I don't know why reviews say it's strong on the ginger, because that was what I was hoping for, but in a blind taste test, with 100 guesses, I would still not guess it had any ginger. There's almost no carbonation... But that could be due to the fact almost all the cans came with the bottom exploded out. The box it was packaged in looked like it got thrown off a plane, and there was no cushioning at all for shipping. Just a box of cans in a slightly larger box. The packaging inside was either already opened, or it opened itself on all ends during shipping. And those things come with bad shipping, but the packing of the product could have been better to help prevent that. Amazon sent me a replacement for the damaged box, but that was before I opened one and tasted it. Now I wish I requested a refund.

At first I thought this was too much....too gingery and too fizzy. But after the first package I found I was missing it ordering it again.

I will be buying this ongoingly; it is excellent. ETA 2 things …. I was VERY surprised it wasn’t rated much, much higher on taste - until it occurred to me that most Amazon customers are unlikely to have actually dug ginger root out of the earth … this tastes like the REAL thing, not some soda pop syrup mix!! IT IS FANTASTIC REAL GINGER!!! BUT I keep receiving mishandled cans that are extremely difficult to open, occasionally actually burst open on arrival. … literally I have had to get out an old bread knife & a hammer for the almost-burst survivors… It “could” be blamed on the heat or the cold - except that I got EXTREMELY vigilant about it. To within a hour of delivery. NOT a manufacturer problem; an AMAZON storage/delivery problem. End of story except if you’re a candy-sweet person, sorry; this excellent & delicious product isn’t for you. But with a swelteringly hot curry… perfect!

This was my first time trying this. I love ginger drinks so I was hoping for the best taste. I didn’t initially like it but I also was not about to waste my money. So I kept drinking them very cold. It’s definitely an acquired taste because it has no sugar. Over all after I kept drinking them they didn’t tastes so bad. If you like a hint of sweet then you will not like this particular brand of ginger drink because it’s not sweet at all. But if you can just stand a spicy carbonated beverage, then this is good for you. I may tried it again in the future but for now I will keep searching for a low calorie low sugar ginger drink.

The Ginger Seltzer arrived and I popped 4 into the fridge right away. I was surprised to discover there were only 8, I had thought there were 12 in the case. Shortly afterward I drank a can. It was fantastic! Perfect amount of ginger zing and perfect amount of fizz. I loved the ginger seltzer! Then I drank another can And a couple of hours later I drank 2 more. That's half the case in 5 hours! That's a problem at this price. I gave in and ordered 2 more cases an hour ago. These are too costly to keep it up though. I believe we are paying a premium because the seltzer water has an expensive organic certification. I am not sure how or why water would be certified organic, but it is. UPDATE: 3 days ago I had food poisoning - I was SO sick! I could not eat or drink anything except this Ginger Seltzer fr 36 hours! It helped with the nauseous stomach and kept me hydrated. I was so grateful that I had it on hand. Another 🌟 for this seltzer!

I was so excited to see this product. Given my recent resolve to eliminate dietary sugar wherever possible, this is the flavored water option of my dreams. When it arrived today, I chilled it, poured some over fresh ice in a clean glass, and...hmm, wow, it really isn't good. It smells fairly ginger-y, but its flavor is mighty peculiar. Having tried a few sips, I can now place what it tastes like: a cross between faint cucumber essence and bagged garden soil. Especially for the pricey tab, I'll go back to steeping fresh ginger in my non-caloric iced tea. Am now not compelled to try the other flavors, either.
