The colors are really nice :) The pink is cool toned, and not a hot pink or fluorescent pink at all. The rainbow string does have fluorescent colors, though. The size of the spools seems about as large as the other ones I've orderer before so I'd say they were average. The quality looks good. This rattail cord is really thin and silky. I like the way it feels :) It was a little hard to cut this string with normal paper scissors. The cut wasn’t clean. It’s easy to tie knots, but they pull out with a bit of tension. I guess I’ll have to melt or glue it to stay. It felt pretty durable when I pulled on it. I also wet a piece of the black one and left it on a paper towel. I scrunched it in the paper towel a little, too. The color didn’t come off on the paper towel at all. Value for money? It's currently 11.99 right now, which seems fair to me. Nice!

I ordered this set mainly for the color variations that the set provides. This is one of the few times that I've ordered a set of nylon string where I am happy with all the colors included, you have a good range of neutrals and a vibrant variegated spool.. This cord is nice for various crafts like making bracelets and keychain charms. Braiding or twisting the threads creates a strong and attractive band usable in most of the crafts we do. For knotting the cord can feel a little slippery, but we use a drop of glue to secure knots. The quality is good and adding beads caused no snags or pulled threads. This string will be used to make several cute Valentine's Day pieces. This string is good quality and offers good value for the quality and quantity received.

Great value on quality nylon cord! The colors are vivid and the multicolor is saturated and bright enough to look fluorescent. Both the black and variegated flourescent colors are colorfast when wet. It has just enough sheen to stand alone but not so much that it detracts from the beads. The cord is super strong and perfect for jewelry. It can withstand a lot of tugging. It also has some body to it. Even thought it's satiny and soft, it isn't floppy so it holds up to beads well. It's still flexible enough to bead crochet and thin enough to use a variety of bead sizes. The beginning edges are cauterized so they aren't fraying when you get them.

That is more than enough to keep someone busy for quite some time. ~The cord has a smooth silky feel to it. ~It is not a thick cord, but it can be used for a variety of beads with different hole diameters. ~I doubled over the multi-colored cord to see how it would look with the beads and it gave the fun beads some pizazz. ~The price seems to a very good price for the amount of cording that is included in this package. ~I definitely recommend this for all of your jewelry and crafting needs.
