These chairs are beautiful and well-made with quality materials. They were securely packaged and arrived quickly. The assembly was very straightforward. I’m 55 years old with advanced arthritis in my hands, and I was able to assemble these by myself. After figuring out the first chair, the rest took about a half hour each. I had trouble using the included hex key as I couldn’t fit it into all of the bolts but that may have just been my weak hands. I had better luck using my own tool. Great purchase!

I ordered a set of 4 for the Holidays. i am 5'11" and 250lbs and they are very comfortable and sturdy. The assembly was easy and straight forward. The color is very nice. They are very stable and I can sit in them for hours and not get pain or sores and feel numb. For the price that they cost, it's great value for the money that I spent. First time ever ordering furniture from the internet without having tried the product first hand, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a question regarding the Velvet model and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. I am vey glad to say that it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!!

These chairs are solid, well built and very beautiful and expensive looking for a great price. I can't say enough about the customer service Heto Furniture provided, they responded right away and kept me informed every step of the way and they were easy to contact. These chairs are not easy to assemble, the directions are shoddy, more like diagrams and little information. Took me a week to put one together especially attaching the back of chair to seat. Does require a drill with an Alan head to screw the 10 screws in. The Allen wrench they included was not cut to fit the screws, cheaply made ugh

The chairs were beautiful but too large for our small dining room! BUT...BUYER BEWARE...if you need to return them you MUST PAY for return shipping 🚢 Very Expensive!!!
