Lovely flavour was pleasantly surprised , work great , fast delivery which was a massive plus for me as with a lot of health issues I rely on these heavily for hydration , well packaged , good value compared to shop prices

These are a life saver. Between nights out and sweaty workouts. Very effective at emergency rehydration. Please take note they don’t taste incredible due to the amount of salt and that’s where they lose a star. But I know the other flavours actually work incredibly well with the salty note.

Delicious flavour and great hydration during spin workout

I’ve tried many hydration powders, but this Mango Pineapple flavor is hands down the best. It’s hard to believe it’s sugar-free because the taste is so refreshing and tropical without any weird aftertaste. I use these sachet sticks after my morning runs or during busy workdays, and I can feel the difference in my energy levels almost immediately. It hydrates much faster than plain water and the added 8 vitamins and minerals are a huge bonus for staying healthy. The individual sticks are so convenient to toss in my gym bag or pocket when I’m on the go. They dissolve quickly and completely without leaving any gritty texture at the bottom of the bottle. If you’re looking for a clean, effective way to boost your hydration and feel more alert throughout the day, I highly recommend this. It's become an essential part of my daily routine!

I really like the taste of this powder mix, it is refreshing without being too salty or medicinal like some of the other sugar free alternatives I have tried. It is convenient to use on the go and after workouts and even if you’re just feeling a little dehydrated. I think it is best served cold. It dissolves well without grittiness and is effective at giving you a swift energy boost when you need it. I feel it is a great price for the convenience, flavour and hydration.

I'm a really big fan of rehydration solutions, as I go for long sessions on the treadmill and I like to take one before I go. I've used the original Liquid I.V sachets before, but I was put off due to the fact that they had a ton of sugar in them. I really like sachets as they are great for taking away with you, having a couple in your drawer at work or keeping in your gym bag. I was really keen to try these sugar-free sachets. You simply pour a sachet into a glass of water (there are no instructions on this, but I tend to go with 500ml. These are actually really tasty too, sweet (a little synthetic, but not in a bad way) and there's no salty element that I could taste. These contain vitamins B5, B12, C, sodium, potassium, calcium & magnesium, which help with energy and electrolytes to keep you hydrated. I like that these don't contain caffeine as a strong hit of caffeine can give me heart palpitations and make me crash later on. The powder mixes well and doesn't go into clumps like some other brands. I have found a difference in my energy mid work out. I don't get the usual slump that I do when I don't have an electrolyte, so for this reason alone I would recommend. The one niggle I have, it's why I've knocked a star off, is the functionality of the sachets. With most other brands, the point of the sachets is to be able to convenient and take them on the go, so they tear easily. With the Liquid I.V sachets, you have to use scissors to open them. Which isn't great if I want to take them when I go travelling. It does seem pricey too, at just under £20 (at time of review) for 16 sachets, it works out about £1.25 per sachet. However the ingredients are pretty clean. But the packaging box wise is very handy as it can be posted through your letterbox. So all in all, not a perfect product, but it's pretty fantastic.

As my girlfriend goes to the gym several times a week and started experiencing headaches after workouts, I decided to order this pack of 16 electrolyte sachets for her to try. The sachets are compact and easy to carry, making them convenient to take to the gym or use on the go. All of them come in the same mango and pineapple flavour. Since she hadn’t tried electrolytes before, she wasn’t sure what to expect, especially as they are sugar-free and use sweeteners instead. Her first impression was that she could slightly taste the salt, however the mango and pineapple flavour quickly balanced it out, making the drink quite enjoyable. She had no trouble finishing a full 500ml bottle, which is always a good sign. Most importantly, she didn’t experience a headache after her workout, which suggests they’re doing the job well. Overall, she’s very happy with this product and will continue using it as part of her gym routine.

Sorry, but the taste is awful. Much too sweet and leaves a twang after taste.
