Had issues when bought, came with broken rod, which supplier replaced immediately. Good job for that. Product awesome, heavy for those doesnt have strength in their hand and arm specially during rain with wind. Its a big umbrella looks funny on short size body due to its size, but trust me it will not only product short size human but also large size body aswell during heavy windy rain. It will not reverse in heavy wind or rain. Recently a friend of mine came to house and i rained suddenly, and they were 3 large people, so to return home took my umbrella. Their first feedback was they are buying this umbrella as ell due to the job it does well. Good product.

The umbrella rod got bent after 2-3 uses. Now the umbrella refuses to open due to the bent rod. Poor quality . Expected better for the price.
