I have a fairly large head, will these fit a large head?

Probably not, in my experience the unisex ones are not suited for heads with larger circumferences. 180 degrees used to make one that fit my head but their unisex ones do not.

Is the grey genuine 180s?

Mine was not genuine 180s. I am asking for a refund. These are horrible.

Is the band worn across the top of the head or the back of the neck?

Back of the neck, so it doesn't touch your hair/top of your head. That's what most people like about this product...

I think so. I'm a small woman and they fit me. My grandson who is 8 tried them on and they fit him. I think he has an average size head but I'm not sure. I love mine!
