I am a customer from Overland Park KS and I want to start by saying that no one contacted me to ask me to write a review for about this product. I’m doing this simply because I want this review to help someone out there who may be suffering from the same digestive issues I’ve been experiencing for some months now. I’ve tried numerous digestive enzymes over the years. From the ones purchased in-store to those purchased on Amazon all have lamentably failed me. It was money thrown out the window. When I came across Smarter Enzymes less than a month ago, I asked myself if I should waste money on another brand or not. But finally I decided to give it a try and ordered a bottle. I am glad I did, yes! The very first day I took it, I saw the difference immediately: HUGE. The usual discomforts which I experienced after a meal didn’t show up! The feeling of fullness, the churning in my stomach, the impression that a big rock is sitting in my tummy, the bloating—none of these bothered me after I took the first two capsules of Smarter Enzymes. For me that was proof that the product was absorbed. Swallowing it was not a problem at all. Actually I almost didn’t notice it when it went down my throat. Moreover there was no unpleasant smell or aftertaste to it. Hope came into my heart. However I didn’t want to shout victory too soon. So the following day I took two capsules after my one usual meal of the day with the same satisfying results. After the third day of getting good result with this brand, I was convinced of the efficacy of Smarter Enzymes. It was then that I decided to write a review about it in order that someone who may be suffering from the same issues I dealt with may be encouraged to try this product. Since I am on a liver cleanse journey I started taking it with Dr Tobias 21 days liver cleanse capsules. And for some reason I noticed some alertness, deep sleep, better bowel movements, and a surge in my energy levels. Without a good breakdown of food in the stomach the liver ends up suffering greatly. So I am so very thankful for this digestive enzyme. I hope this company won’t alter the formula and so ruin this wonderful product down the road. I researched thru Amazon, came across this brand and liked ingredients and looked like a quality product so I tried it… I can only say these have truly changed all my gut issues. I take them with a heavy meal, depends what I’m eating and know I need the support. I will take these the rest on my life! Love!

I have to say this product was amazing for de bloating my gut. I purchased this a little while ago before writing this review (I’m always afraid of trying new things in fear it’ll make my situation worst). I’ve had this thing sitting in my cupboard for months, I finally built up the courage to use it after trying Boost Very High Calorie supplement in order to help me gain weight... It is very protein and fat dense so it was just sitting in my stomach and making me very uncomfortable. My biggest issue is severe acid reflux (GERD) and bloating possibly caused by my underlying condition of H pylori. So I took one pill one evening and let me tell you it worked almost immediately. I could feel it in my gut but unfortunately I felt it in my throat too (it felt sore for a little while). Please use this with caution if you’re severely irritated by reflux in your throat, esophagus or stomach because the very next day everything seemed to be flaring me, even foods that I could normally tolerate. Of course, I blamed this for it. If you still need to heal inflammation anywhere I would suggest you wait before using this because even though it could help prevent reflux from happening the digestive enzymes might flare up your ulcers or irritations if you have any. Other than that this product is AMAZING for digesting food sitting in your stomach and it helps you poop. No lie.

For whatever reason, the older I get, the less I seem to be able to eat without any problems. I finally figured out digestive enzymes help and I've tried several, with mixed results. Some are really good some of the time, and some aren't very good at all, all of the time. SmarterNutrition enzymes has been the best I've tried, and if it keeps working as well as it has been, I'm sticking with it. It has helped successfully with any of the foods that have given me recurring trouble. I don't take it after every meal as recommended, though perhaps I should. I do take it after meals I've learned cause me problems, and I remain symptom free after the meal. Even better, if I forget to take it right away (because I'm bad about that I admit), or if I have a surprise reaction to something, I'll take it as soon as I notice any bloating or discomfort starting and it lessens the symptoms and eliminates the misery I've grown far too accustomed to the next morning. A good value, especially as the dose is only one capsule. So far I've never had to take two, even with my most troublesome foods. Excellent product.

Those Probiotic is a game changer. It's effectiveness is bar none the best I've tried. As for Gut health the benefits are amazing. There is no smell. It's not for any pain relief though, but it will keep you regular.

First, I need to say that this company has the best customer service that have ever experienced, they do as promised. My product arrived on time, and they promised to send me 2 extra bottles for free when I bought 1, I got them a week later! I also got the magnesium ones. And now that I have been using these supplements for a couple of weeks, I can tell the difference! Although I have a bit of belly discomfort the first couple of days, I consulted with customer service, they told me exactly what could I expect as my body adapted to the enzimes, they were knowledgeable, and I continue taking them as recommended. The 2 reasons why I got them were to help with my BM (mild constipation) and belly bloating...after a week I noticed that the bloating was gone and my BM were more consistent and effortlessly. I am very satisfied with the results and with the customer service.

I’m a pretty big fan of this company’s supplements in general. You can tell by the picture I added. I’m a cancer survivor of 35 years and have had digestive issues my entire life. I’ve tried at least over 50 different supplements for better digestion. I came across this company and started using their magnesium and Omega supplements. That’s how I came across these enzymes. At first they didn’t look like anything special. Pretty typical ingredient list for supplements like these. I started taking them 3 times a day after each meal. I noticed a little at first and just kept taking them. Then, I ran out. I didn’t think anything of it and by day 3 of not taking them, I started having severe bloating and my bowel movements completely changed. I didn’t even realize how much my digestion had changed while taking them until I ran out. I started to really think about and I could actually list several huge differences since taking these enzymes. 1) My acid reflux has decreased to a point that it never has. 2) My bowel movements are regular and solid. 3) I use to only eat one meal a day due to my digestive issues. I now eat 3 times a day. 4) I can go to bed even after eating an hour prior, which I could never do before. I reordered a bottle and on the first day, my bloating was gone and I was almost back to normal. No more food sitting on my stomach for hours. So that’s pretty much it. I understand that everyone’s body is different and they may not help you, like they have helped me. After trying so many different things though, I have to absolutely recommend that you at least try these if you have problems or just in general if you want better absorption. My recommendation is to take at least 1 (after) each meal. I’ve never needed to take more, but if you’re a big person who eats a ton, you might need to. I ultimately have no idea though. This is just what works for me. I’m 5ft 7 and weigh 150lbs. I hope this information can help someone, in order for the supplement to help them as it’s helped me.
