Roald Dahl's Colours

Have given these as a gift to several of my friends with young children and they become treasured books by parents and children alike. Great illustrations and texts which don't patronise children but also don't overcomplicate things. Good for reading to and being read by children.

We love this little book as it keeps colours so fun and interesting. However I wish it had more colours!

Lovely books and will help early learning of little ones.

Lovely picture book for my two year olds birthday

Friend's child enjoys having this book read to her regularly.

Lines like 'A stylish GREY wolf in a super-snazzy suit and fancy hat' and 'A perfectly perfect PURPLE wizzpop' or 'A beautiful blue Roly-poly bird flying across a big blue sky' are fantasy full however feel less like story time than other books with my young one. They are nice books though, and we're keeping them around, I just felt they could be better

She loves that it has a little pop up feature at the end, and keeps asking us to read it to her. I always loved Roald Dahl as a child, so this makes me so happy as an introduction to his works. I may purchase another one of the series in the near future.

My 2 YO son enjoys having this book read to him regularly! Bright colours but it should’ve had more pages and more colours.

Pictures are not that attractive for babies . Very difficult sentences for toddlers to understand .colors are bright and attractive .only last page is worth for baby .
