Momoya Chili Oil with Fried Garlic Taberu Layu 3.88 Oz × 2

This so addictive. You can put on just about any savory dish. I like it with just rice. It's mildly spicy. The crunch of the garlic and the umami flavor are everything. It's priced the amount that you get but definitely well worth it.

I got two of these, one for my mom and one for my husband as gifts, and they were really well received! The chili oil is deliciously garlicky and sesame-y.

If you really like the heavy garlic flavored chili oils, this one is perfect for you. It's not spicy at all so that can be a pro/con depending on the person. It's very great with rice but personally, the garlic taste is too heavy with ramen, noodle dishes. Overall, its a decent chili oil

Not spicy at all, too much sesame oil base flavor that kills everything else. Might as well use sesame oil. No chili flavor at all and barely feel burned garlic tone. Waste of money.

I bought the Hot Crispy oil brand and liked it a lot but thought it could have been just a touch less hot so I looked up alternatives and ordered this. I immediately noticed the jar was 50 to 60 percent oil to solids, taste of the crispies was very good but a total lack of heat left it lacking overall in use. Taste wise the Hot Crispy oil brand was much more fulfilling and the amount of crispies to oil was double along with the punchy flavor it easily goes 3 to 4 times farther per ounce. Then there is the price, this purchase just under 8 Oz came in at $3.60 per ounce vs Hot Crispy oil 16 Oz purchase I just made came in at $1.80 per ounce. Crispies good, too much oil no heat less overall taste and basically double the price I'm sorry it's no contest whatsoever. Just my pinion but I think it's pretty much on point. Really liked this on pizza but found myself using a lot which made overall experience on the oily side, crispies are however really tasty and crispier than others so it's close to great but not quite, needs some heat and better price per ounce then I'd say it's perfect.
