$37?? Why are people buying this? Why not mylar bag some bisquick? What's up with needing to add the baking powder?

Bisquick doesn’t last as long as this in Mylar bags even with an oxygen absorber, because Bisquick already has baking powder in it. I put a lot of Bisquick up 12 years ago in Mylar. Didn’t work. Bags exploded. Now I’m buying this so I have something. I will still try putting up more Bisquick but I have to watch it. I’m guessing Bisquick will last maybe 5 years?

I know the can says 10yr shelf life but is that the limit? Anyone used any older than 10yrs?
