Beloved spiritual teacher Vex King shares his personal journey to overcome adversity and inspire you to practice self-care, transform beliefs, and manifest your dreams. Review: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Inspiring, Uplifting, and Truly Transformative - I picked up Good Vibes, Good Life at a time when I needed something positive, and this book exceeded my expectations. Vex King has a warm, relatable way of writing that feels less like reading a self-help book and more like having a thoughtful conversation with a friend who genuinely wants the best for you. What stood out most to me was how practical his advice is. He doesn’t just talk about abstract ideas of positivity—he breaks things down into actionable steps, like setting boundaries, practicing self-love, and shifting your mindset in everyday situations. I especially appreciated the sections on gratitude and energy, which encouraged me to reframe how I see challenges and focus more on the good in my life. The book is filled with simple truths that are easy to understand but powerful when put into practice. It’s the kind of book you can highlight, revisit, and keep on your nightstand for daily motivation. If you’re looking for something uplifting, accessible, and genuinely motivating, I highly recommend this. It’s not just a “feel good” book—it’s a gentle guide to creating a better version of yourself, one thought and action at a time. Review: I didn't think I could do it until now - I am dyslexic and have been avoiding reading books as much as I can, yet this book very quickly changed me as a person. Firstly it was so easy to read that I had felt I had actually accomplished something big by getting through it so quickly. I felt I had been waiting for the right answer to situations that I did not know how to deal with and this is the first time that I had been given the answers to every aspect of life. This book is so relatable, it puts into words feelings that I could not explain, it understands me and trusts me more than I do myself, yet it has taught me that I should accept myself and that's the key to inner peace. It talks much about balance and I think this is a key aspect which has changed the way I look at things. One of the challenges that I have been facing is that I am the type of person that doesn't speak up when someone has hurt me I keep it in, I never feel as if my opinion is important because I choose peace over confrontation. A lot of the company I am around are vibrating much lower than I am and it brings my vibration level down with it. This book has given me confidence that I should not let myself fall to the same vibration level as they are and I should focus on keeping my vibration levels up. It's taught me self worth and I highly recommend this book

What we already know but we choose to ignore.
I only gave a 4 because although I love the message from the book we already know these things but we choose to ignore them. Having just completed several Mental health exams I now know that we have to promote positivity. Trust me if you see the positive rather than the negatives life will be much happier.Sounds easy, right? However imagine you have just hit hard times ..being positive is the last thing you feel like doing. You have lost a love one, your job, going through a divorce or illness the last thing you want to do is wake up and see your blessings in life. We can plunge into depression and once there we find we can't get out of that very dark tunnel. Without motivation our lives become draining, boring and extremely sad. What this book is suggesting is that we experience the bad times in life to learn lessons that spur us on our journey and rather than keep returning to negative thoughts why don't we just try to be positive, can't hurt us right? It was an easy book to read,I like his honesty and his style but this is not a book that works miracles on depression. For that you need medical intervention and counselling. Good luck to all those embarking on changes in their lives.

A celebration of positivity!
Profound, positive and commendable. Vex King writes 'Good Vibes, Good Life' from a place of truth and experience that grips the reader in every sentence. This book is unlike any other 'self-help' book as it gives the reader an opportunity to continually reflect on how you can change your current situation to create positivity and become a better version of yourself. My experience of some self-care books that I have read often leave the reader with a sense of guilt or fear about your situation whereas this one leaves you with a sense of peace after every chapter; so for that Vex King, I applaud you! Similarly, this book has been so astutely written as it is so easy to read and flows seamlessly into each chapter, also something that is difficult to find with non-fiction books! I read this book at a time when I felt at an all time low. I believe this book landed on my doorstep at the right time and began reading with an open mind that this will be a tool to help me better myself. The biggest thing that I took away from this book was that it resonated with my current view of life and I felt this book provided me with a sense of confirmation that I am on the right track. Having been let down by a number of people, I particularly absorbed the chapter on handling negative people and comparing only yourself. I believe that this book is special, as each time you read it, you will pick out different messages that will stand out to you in your time of need. I already can't wait to read it again once I've acted upon the notes I made... (I will be passing this book around to others first)! As a follower of Vex King on social media, I was instantly drawn to buying his book to invest in myself after a traumatic year. One of the main reasons why I felt inclined to read this book was that his social media celebrates and encourages people to not only look after yourself through the inside out via positivity and the art of the law of vibration but also that it is acceptable to ask for help, to talk to others and share your experiences with others. As a result of this, I would like to say a massive thank you to the author for being brave enough to share those experiences with us the reader, to reveal how to turnaround tough situations and also for spreading positivity with people who often don't have the courage to believe in themselves, such as myself. Thank you once again, Vex. I hope you are encouraged by your readers as much as you have encouraged us. Anita Guest

Postive thinking
I was in my low point when I started reading this book. It helped me think postive thoughts than rather the negative. Having faith in God is major part and trust in him. When you feel world is against you. Does help and I have lend to friend to read this to help her. And hopefully others that need it too.

Been recently under a lot of stress and develop some anxieties along the way, so decided to purchase this self-help book in the hopes of improving my personal wellbeing. Taking baby steps and the books does give meaningful insights for self improvement. Great read.

This book has taught readers to be patient, have faith, manifest and take action. I loved this book that I could not keep it down. With out action, manifestation does not work. I loved the author’s experiences of narrating.

I have read a lot of self help books and mostly get something from each of them. This is one of the best. Easy to read and I highlighted and selected so many parts of it to read again. Maybe it hit my “vibe frequency” but it certainly gave me so many great thoughts to take, consider and put into action. I read a chapter each day so that I didn’t overload, had time to absorb and created a habit. Go with the flow, tune into the vibes and go where it takes you.
