Only received the item yesterday, so this is my initial reaction to the product. Charging my Apple Watch, iPhone 13 and iPhone S/E simultaneously was seamless, each charging quicker than I imagined they would. Charging my Apple earbuds was not as successful, though, this may have been because they were not placed on the charging pod precisely, this I will update after further attempts. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase, though as stated I only received it yesterday and will update this review in a fortnight or so.

I, as probably many, was waiting and waiting for Apple's wireless charger. Then I spotted this ZENS product and decided to go for it. It is a high quality finished product, easy to use (as expected) and it works really fine, even in what operation/charging temperature is concerned ... generally a major problem in this kind of gadgets. I am very happy.

I bought two of these, and both chargers have failed. They still charge, but after a few months of silent use, now emit a high-frequency whistling noise whenever they're plugged in, charging or not. I've used the support on this site, but no response from anywhere. I've tried contacting the Zens customer support and no response. So I have two useless chargers, unless I charge my phones and watches in different rooms. Note two other problems with the design. First, the placement of items on the charging base is a bit finicky, and requires precise placement compared to other chargers I've used. Second, the power to the device is supplied using a rubbish-looking barrel connector, not a standard USB C cable or anything like that. So you have to use the supplied Zens power adapter.

Overall I’m pretty happy with this charging stand. The magnetic watch dock is faultless; the magnet is much more powerful than the standard Apple charger and grabs your watch with a satisfying clunk. The phone charger is a bit trickier. If you’re prone to using this in the dark, be ready for a good minute or so of sliding your phone around trying to find the sweet spot on the mat where it will actually charge. It’s not uncommon to find a dead phone in the morning because you thought you’d found the spot but didn’t. Finally, the stand makes a very quiet, almost imperceptible buzz when the phone is charging. A little weird, but I got used to it.

Hi I have iPhone X Apple Watch and apple earbuds it charges them all at the same time this is a great wireless charger I would recommend this to everyone that needs this type of charger 5 star 👍

Nice look and feel, straight forward setup. However, when you dock your watch, the angle is not steep enough to put the watch into bedside mode. I had to glue shims to the underside of the back of the base to raise it up to induce bedside mode. The manufacturer should consider making the head of the raised watch stand adjustable. There is a fine line in having a sufficient angle to induce bedside mode and having too much angle causing the watch to slip off. Shimming the underside of the base tilts your phone towards you making it easier to see when necessary.

Can I just mention that mine arrived today ahead of delivery and with a UK adaptor plug, incase any of you are worried about that out there!

Well, the packaging is excellent and the product is lovely but.......... The product I bought would not charge AirPods. When I contacted Zens they tried to say the AirPods case is not QI compatible, even though it is. They offered me a replacement model once the new version (that would charge airpods) was out so I agreed to wait. A month later they contacted me and advised I had to send the existing one back to Holland at my expense and only then would I get the new version. I pointed out that the product picture clearly showed the mat charging an AirPod case. They didn’t seem to be interested. So be aware - this product in it’s initial version at least - will not charge the AirPods case. The new version will, but how will you know which version you are buying? I asked Zens but they declined to say. If you want to charge multiple phones and a watch then great but if you want to charge an AirPods case (and get decent customer service) then I suggest looking elsewhere. I’ve returned mine to amazon and will be looking for alternatives.

Very good product and easy yo use. It optimize the space and organized. One cable for 3 devices.

Selten hat sich eine technische Neuanschaffung wie das ZENS-Ladegerät derart problemlos in unseren Alltag integriert. Ausgepackt, auf dem Side-Board positioniert, Netzstecker eingesteckt, abends iPhone XS / iPhone 8 / Apple-Watch Series 4 aufgelegt und morgens abgenommen. Erklärungen, das Studieren einer Gebrauchsanleitung sind definitiv nicht nötig. Einfacher geht es wirklich nicht. Das Kabel für das Laden der Apple-Watch ist bereits integriert, so dass man das eigentliche Ladekabel der Watch anderweitig nutzen kann. Das Laden (im übrigen auch mit Smartphone-Case) ist in jeder Art von Kombination möglich…; zwei Smartphone plus Watch, nur die Watch, nur ein Smartphone etc. Geladen wird gefühlt sehr zügig. Das Zens-Ladegerät wirkt edel und hochwertig und ist perfekt verarbeitet. Die verwendeten Materialien wirken sehr solide. Der aufgerufene Preis ist ambitioniert und für mein Empfinden etwas hoch angesetzt. Unter Beachtung der Tatsachen, dass - man ein Ladekabel für die Watch mitgeliefert bekommt (Wert bei Einzelkauf ca. 25 EUR), - man es mit einem Produkt einer europäischen Firma (einem Start-Up ( Pionier der Qi-Ladetechnik) aus europäischer Entwicklung zu tun hat (Firmensitz in Eindhoven, Niederlande); - wenn man für alle 3 Geräte ein einzelnes Wireless-Ladegerät mit entsprechenden Kosten kaufen müsste, man auch auf eine größere Summe kommt; - das Ladegerät zuverlässig funktioniert; - man ein technisch sicheres Gerät im Haus hat; war ich gerne bereit, ein paar Euro mehr auszugeben. Fazit Wir sind in der Familie mit dem Ladegerät sehr zufrieden und können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Zuverlässig, schnell, sicher und schön anzusehen.

Laadt héél langzaam op, zelfs als er maar 1 apparaat op ligt i.p.v. 2-3. Met of zonder telefoonhoesje maakt geen verschil. Tevens wordt de iPhone erg heet tijdens het draadloos opladen. Geen idee of dat normaal is, maar dit gebeurt niet met regulier laden via lightningkabel. na 6+ maanden gebruik laad hij de iPhone (of ander apparaat) zelfs nog trager en niet meer volledig op. NIET kopen deze troep.

I got this charger so that I could charge my iPhone XS Max and my wife's iPhone XR as well as my Apple Watch all at the same time. I had been waiting for "Apple's charger" but it seems it is still no where in sight. I've used this charger now for almost two days, and I like it very much. I did have a bit of an issue the first night when my phone (iPhone XS Max) stop charging and start charging again (it made the dinging sound it makes when connected to a charger). I think it ended up being the placement that I had the phone on the pad for, because last night it charged all night with not a single "stop/start" issue. Seems very well made. Will give it a bit more time, and update this review, if needed, but so far, I am quite happy, now I don't have to have two separate chargers (one for our phones, and one for our watches) on the nightstand. Update: AWESOME SELLER. Version I had would not charge newest Airpods wirelessly, seller sent me new updated version and had me send original charger back at no cost. Works great to charge all my devices and Airpods now.

Very good product & design. Cuts off charging once the device is fully charged. Does not heat up. Elegant sleek design. Perfect for all 3 Apple devices (Phone, watch, airpods), you can even charge 2 phones at a time. Seller kept in touch right from the day order was placed and until it was delivered. Very good service.
