Got cheated. The seller is Selling products with false specs.
Worst product. Waste of money. Says 165w but its less than 48w. So request please don't buy. Current is less than 4 amps at 12 volts.

Fake! Looks like 12706 not 12715!
It does not take more than 6A even at 14V and the temperature gradient is only 15 degree. i.e. 35 & 20 degree. It seems like the seller only changed the model number of 12706 to 12715.

Yep it is good.
I have 12706 but 12715 is way too good. I connect it with PC SMPS with 4 pin power cable for CPU. Technically 120 Watts. It freezes 1 table spoon of water in 10-15 sec. On the hot side I connected a 4 heat pipe CPU cooler. Really it is good.

Can cool a Drop of water in 43 seconds.
Power consumption is a lot around 150 watt. But cooling is very very powerfull.
