I sustained a back injury years ago, so I ice my back daily. When my old pack bit the dust, I ordered this one. I love the size because it covers my entire lower back. I also appreciate how it stays cold for as long as I need it to. Would definitely recommend! It seems well constructed and made to last.

Had a grade 2 ankle sprain and this ice pack was perfect. Thinner than my old one but kept cold. That and the size made it easy to wrap around my ankle focusing on just the injured area.

I have several of these in the freezer at all times. They are great and stay chilled for a good while. They’ve been great after my rotator cuff surgery as well as any other aches and pains. They have also proven to be great to use for my small, senior heat sensitive dogs in the summer. Covering it with a towel and putting it under them really helps them sleep!

As advertised. Two fairly large ice packs that are well constructed. I've been using then daily. It is great having a extra cold one ready to go when the 1st looses its chill. A great deal on a quality item.

Very soft and molds to the shape you want while delivering the cold you need. It certainly helps with my rotator cuff injury.I just wish I had gotten the large for my shoulder. I had asked online before the purchase and they told me/agreed with the medium. Too small for me, slides easily off. I am 5'10 - 187 lbs so not huge but large is the size for a shoulder.

Wow - these are the greatest. They are super flexible and sturdy - they don't pinch and form kinks that could lead to leakage or holes. I wish they stayed cold longer tho. They work great with an ace bandage. Always have some of these on hand.

Love this ice pack. Been using it for 2 years now and it's just as good as it was brand new. It gets very cold! And stays cold for a long time. Perfect size for any area, folds if you need it to.

After I bought this model I was a bit worried that I might have picked a one which is too big, however, the size is perfect. If you have a back pump from gym and wanna lie on it or you wanna cover the whole knee the big size really comes handy.The material is really durable and the gel allowed it to be folded twice and being put in the freezer in a small corner comfortably.

Mzillzur achat de froid depuis longtemps. Ai pris ça plus pour la canicule que pour blessure et c'est top. Elle ne sedurcit pas comme d'autres "mini couverture" ou poches. Du coup facile à manier. Je les mets a plat dans congel les glisse dans taie oreiller pour mettre quelque chose de protecteur sur la peau. Et le tour est joué. Ca ne dure pas 45 a 1h comme dise certains, bien moins. Mais c'est suffisant pour s'endormir et rafraichir. Donc idem pour blessure (ai cheville blessée donc ai testé et c'est bien).1 peu lourde mais pas insurmontable comme celles d'une autre marque retournées (bleu clair) que j'avais renvoyé.

Correspond à la description : au bout de + de 6 heures, cette poche de glace dégage encore de la fraicheur. Idéal pour les journées canicule (comme un commentaire précédent l'évoquait déjà, glisser la poche de glace dans son oreiller avant de dormir, cela permet de supporter même les nuits les plus chaudes).
