I've been using this extract for years now - very helpful to the immune system and easy to use - like the taste. Product is as described.

ALWAYS works for me.
I've been using this for a long time. If I feel like I'm coming down with something (tired, scratchy throat, runny nose), I put a dropperful on my tongue every couple of hours. Within a day, the symptoms are gone. This works EVERY TIME! I can't remember the last time I had a cold. I keep one in the kitchen and one beside my bed so I can catch the symptoms right away. And the alcohol doesn't bother me at all, and it certainly doesn't affect the effectiveness of the product.

Full protection from cold symptoms
I normally get sick with colds and sore throats at least 3-4 times between October and April. No matter what I did, I always seemed to catch every bug that was out there, until I started using this product, that is. I take about 2 squirts daily from the dispenser, and when I feel under the weather, or when I know that a cold is going around, I double the dose. So far, I have not had ANY colds, only the mild beginnings of one which disappeared after doubling the dose for 2 days. Unbelievable! Since I have an elderberry tree in my backyard, I will make my own tincture this coming summer.

ESSENTIAL in my household!
This product is the best for avoiding viruses or shortening their duration. There's real world science behind it, and my whole family uses it. I recommend it to friends, too. If you feel like you're coming down with something, take 3-5 dropperfuls in a day (spaced out during the day) and by the next day, you might have beat the virus. It's happened for me more times than I can count, now.
