Core too small for Citizen printer
Had purchased these ribbons for my barcode printer as it had mentioned its for Citizen printer. The core of the ribbon is too small and does not fit the ribbon carriage. Tried to return, but it would only say replacement of the same product will be sent - which made no sense. Printer ribbons are lying packed as it is. Request them to replace the same and send with a 1"core which is for the Citizen CLE321 Bar code printer.
