I was very excited to receive this product when I reached to me after 37 days of placing an order. and received a defective one. It overheated (red hot and seems its temperature regulator was not working correctly. I just tried it for half an hour and when I tried to use its regulator, it overheated (more bright red ) and stopped working. Very disappointing.

Muy contenta con la compra. Me llegó perfectamente y en fecha. Ademas, el primero tuve que cambiarlo por fallo técnico, pero Amazon procedió al cambio por otro igual y funciona perfectamente. Viene con toma y potencia de EEUU, por lo que si estás en España debes buscarte un convertidor de potencia. Pero aún así merece la pena por su excelente relación calidad/precio. Yo recomiendo el convertidor MOD. P.SUP.34-HQ para 100w y que puedes encontrar aqui en Amazon también.

Me dejo gratamente complacida, tu ajustas la temperatura que quieres según el material a usar. No te quema los dedos. Los aditamentos que trae son muy buenos para la actividad que estoy realizando, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

It does come with a US plug, but don't just buy a cheap adaptor! You will need a currency converter of atleast 25W, or you will burn out your tool. Other than that it's great!!

Do una stella perché non sono neanche riuscita a provarla, in Italia ho dovuto acquistare le spine riduttore, dopo qualche giorno Amazon informa che quelle spine erano difettose e in effetti hanno fatto bruciare il mio pirografo, purtroppo non sono mai riuscita a mettermi in contatto con l'assistenza e chiedere un rimborso di questo pirografo visto che la causa non è stato lo strumento stesso, ma una spina difettosa

I am brand new at wood burning. When I say brand new I mean I saw an article in the HGTV Do it Yourself magazine and decided I had to get into it. So my knowledge on the subject when I purchased this was very limited. The kit came with everything I needed to get started. The panflet that came with it explained what every tip was for and gave little suggestions on how to use them. Now that I have played around with it a bit and am starting to figure it all out I love the heat control dial. Allows for great versatility (the name Versa tool definitely fits the product!) I've used it on wood, cork, plastic (tu create my own stencils) and have a great success (if I do say so myself). The only thing that I kind of dislike is that the dial is quite close to the tool and it sometimes flips upside down and then with the moving of the tip will change temperature on you. But that might just be my beginner level and not properly manoeuvring it yet. I am so happy with this product. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start wood burning.
