I bought this set to re-pierce my 3rd hole in my earlobe. Using it was quick, easy, and essentially painless. There was a little swelling for the first couple of days, but I was able to switch out the provided stud for a hoop after 3 days. The best part is that I can keep the other one in case I need it for the future. Would definitely recommend these for any lobe piercing.

BTW I initially put 2 dots on my ear lobes to plan out the placement first because after my second lobe piercing heals I'm going for my third. I want it to climb up my ear (not side by side), so I did 2 dots to see the general direction of where I wanted to place my second hole to see if it would look good where I'd eventually want the third. I have been waiting my second lobe piercing for a while now. Then I saw these on Amazon and thought well that looks easy & its just my lobe. The worst that could happen is it doesn't look right & I just take it out, wait for it to heal then try again. I was a little scared that I may have done them crooked, its honestly hard to tell because the backs are so thick and I can't get a good look at the back of my ear. Either way they look super cute! It wasn't as painful as I thought it'd be either. Its just a quick pinch then maybe some throbbing for a bit. If I could do all my ear piercings (I still want a rook, daith, conch, hidden helix, forward helix, triple helix etc) like this i would, but it was hard enough to do it by myself and some areas are hard to get to- shoot the second lobe was kinda hard to aim straight. I think by the second one I had gotten hang of it better and it was easy. I wish these were reusable guns because I really love them & would love to reuse instead of buying over and over. The size of the ear rings aren't too bad. I was worried it wouldn't be able to wear some of my studs for a while because these are kinda big but they're not huge. I assume the ear rings are on the cheaper side so I plan on changing them out in a few weeks for something smaller/higher quality. So far they're pretty durable and ok quality especially for the price. Anyway I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who isn't afraid to pierce themselves. It was easy and practically painless. Like I said before the worst that can happen is you hate it and you just take it out wait for it to heal then try again 😉

Very easy and sterile. Comes with everything you need no hassle and no pain. Even comes with a few ear covers you can put over your ears while you shower and wash hair... totally worth it all. They look so pretty too

I got my 2nd holes done (by an expensive professional) 2 years ago and it was horribly infected for a year! Finally gave up and took it out. Wanted to try again but didn’t want to waist money on another possible awful experience. So figured I’d try myself for cheap. I hate needles and contemplated doing this for 30 minutes… some reviews said theirs got stuck and was painful soooo I decided to click mine to make sure it wouldn’t stick.. I wasn’t aware the whole thing would fall apart. I actually wiped everything down with the alcohol pad and assembled it back together! Did my first ear and it was SO easy and over in a second. I’m actually so surprised how lightly I had to press it. In my experience it did not hurt at all and the device worked perfectly. The 2nd one I noticed the earring wasn’t exactly lined up with the backing.. it was off to the side a bit in the thing which worried me. I used it anyways and yeah it didn’t go into the back. So my ear was pierced but back was stuck in the device. Had to get it out with tweezers and it was actually VERY difficult to get on the earring for some reason? Had to pull and mess on my new piercing for a good 10 minutes. Still didn’t hurt though and I got my 2nd holes. So the kit did what it was supposed to do! Just some small set backs. You get what you pay for so theres a great chance it’ll work, just don’t smash it before hand and check how it lines up. Overall happy though. Will be ordering again for 3rd holes when these heal. - 1 week update. Still no pain and they seem to be doing great!! My ears are sensitive and this jewelry hasn’t bothered me at all! They still look clean and good condition. Super excited and I know they’ll be healed super fast at this rate.

I noticed my (decades old) ear piercing holes were becoming a problem--ICU RN wearing no jewelry during 12 hour shifts, and not much on my off days either--with one hole very difficult to use and the other nearly closed,. Wanted to show off some nice jewelry again, and was not thrilled trying to find someone to reopen the holes, thought I would give this a try with such rave reviews. Cannot argue one bit with the ease of use and the painless experience with the process. I watched a couple of the videos here to make sure I was on board with the procedure and chose the largest size studs, because, well BLING! Having the holes all set up made it double easy, no worry about getting them straight and even on both sides.

I did this myself, read the instructions, and was done within two minutes. Easy and no pain. I recommend this product to everyone!

Just used this kit to pierce my husband’s ears last night and it was amazing! He said it didn’t hurt at all and it was such a simple process. I’m thinking of buying another one to give myself a few more ear piercings too :) definitely recommend this kit and very much worth the money!

I recommend this for piercing ears ! Virtually painless and very easy to do yourself. I did 3 cartilage piercings all after one another and it barely hurt(mind you I applied dr numb 30 mins prior to piercing ) I have had cartilage piercings Done before with a needle and they hurt a lot more than this. These guns are not spring loaded so you actually have to push them through the skin yourself ( Unlike a real piercing gun)my ears feel fine now (not hot or stinging like I’ve had before ) I want to buy more and do a ton of more piercings !! Great product and I definitely recommend for cartilage !

About to pierce my son's ear, he's 8 years old, went through his ear no problem so it was nice and sharp and came with alcohol pads, extremely easy to use works fantastically
