Delicious and easy to prepare side dish
The spaetzles are delicious with a wonderful texture and easy to prepare by just boiling water and draining per the directions.

I think it is a good product - really a matter of taste. I have a bag left and will give it another try. Not sure I will purchase again.

I've eaten spaetzle in Germany and I've made my own. Homemade is best but way too much trouble now. These noodles cooked according to the package directions are definitely worth the price. For two people 4 ounces of the dried noodles as suggested by the directions may be a little bit slight as part of a main meal.
