I bought my first Pilates Power Gym in 2009 and it lasted until 2025. I LOVED it. This is my second one. The movements are so smooth, it feels like you're working out in the pool. There are so many different "weights" you can use, from challenging to very easy, and it is simple to adjust. Not only is this easy to use, but the very first part of my body that started changing was my stomach got flatter and that is PRICELESS. You can do almost an unlimited amount and variety of exercises. It also takes up a very small amount of space. It is extremely sturdy and very high quality. It is easy to just roll it around to wherever you want it. When I first purchased mine, I weighed 170lbs and I dropped 55 lbs in 10 months. It tones you all over while not feeling like a difficult workout at all. You will enjoy it and want to use it all the time because it just feels easy. Tldr: You won't feel like you're even working hard, and yet you get incredible results.
