How do you replace ink and pencil lead in this? I'm not sure how to disassemble it.

1. Remove the cap at the'clip' end (or the pen end).2. The ball-point insert can be removed by pulling on it; there is a groove where you can grip with the nails.3. The pencil lead refills go into the tube.4. Replace the pen insert and use the cap to push it in.
