Well you get 1 star because I got 1 pair. The add says 2 pack so thats how they get you. I mean who's going to buy 1 single insole. Left or right they're not interchangeable. So it's misleading when they says 2 pack. It doesn't say 2 pair but really of course there's 2 inside one left and one right 1 pair. I won't even use them now because the add is misleading, and they are too small.

Beneficial item for equalizing height
Purchased this item to equalize my height after an orthopedic procedure. It helped considerably, the insert is comfortable and slips into and out of shoes easily.

Makes you look taller but…
You definitely look taller than normal using these insoles and feel very comfortable in the beginning, but my recommendation is that don’t use them for long periods of time because you will feel an awkward sensation of discomfort on your heels. I can’t say that are bad but 3 out of five stars can tell my experience

So soft!
I love the 4D insoles! I have several different pairs for different shoes. This year, I got a pair of shoes that's meant to be worn without socks, and had a thick insole in them. Two issues, I can't stand them without socks, and the thick insole just wasn't soft enough for me! Luckily, I have plenty of cute socks and now I have these insoles which are a perfect fit!! These really are my favorite insoles. They're so soft and squishy. I can walk all day on them! The thicker heel on these helps even more. I have high arches, and I'm happy with the support these give me. They don't have a lot of arch support, but they support the foot so well that it keeps me from over-pronating, which also fixes the issue. The quality is great! They're excellent insoles for the price! I think these work great! I'm happy with the thicker heel and getting a little height with my comfort!
