These are sold as fruit drying mats but they are ideal for small scale cheese making. I use paper towels with these mats. The paper soaks away the whey and the mats prevent the paper sticking to the damp cheese. Useful!

These are perfect to line my dehydrator to stop smaller foods falling through whilst still allowing enough air to pass through. My dehydrator is actually round but these were very easy to cut to size. I just drew around the trays then cut with scissors They are fairly easy to clean and seem like they would last a long time. Good value for money.

Even with these still have to be careful when making fruit leather as it can still come through the mesh. Also never leave your fruit leather to cool on it! Or it may not come off till you warm it up a little.

Yes, I was pleased with this product. The sheets are larger than the trays of my dehydrator but were very easy to trim to size (and I can also use the off-cuts!) Clean easily. Too early to rate for durability but with care they should be OK.

Perfect fit for my Hendi Dehydrator. Dried pineapple slices on in. Didn't stick.

The sheets don't fit my dehydrator but I can cut them to fit. Still too short though. I needed ten sheets but couldn't afford two packs. I haven't used them yet but they look like they will do the job fine.
