Original Cadbury Flake Pack Imported From The UK, England

If one is familiar with Flake chocolate by Cadbury then one would know how good they are. I grew up with this sweet and will order as I can. Problem is, that they are so good I want to indulge.

I get these as a gift for my sister for special occasions. She likes them a lot. They are shipped directly from England. if you like flake bars, these are the real thing.

They were pretty fresh each time I bought them and at first the price was cheaper - so I would say they were once a good price. But they definitely went up and I would say they are overpriced now. Granted I know they are importance, but it’s only 4 pieces lol. My boyfriend loves these so I had to get them for gifts, but I hope they come out with a better price point or at least more quantity.

This purchase was a little bit nostalgic, I'm a big time chocolate lover, but as you get older you try and stay away from the more calorie intensive goodies. I wish chocolate was calorie free, however if you need to get your chocolate fix the flaky is one of the absolute best textures I've had it's flakes in your mouth and it's a really good quality chocolate. it's made in the UK, but this one came really fast and unfortunately my daughter finished it really fast, so I guess I'll have to buy some more.

However they were for my husband and he loved them! He thought they tasted great and they are not expired (like previous Amazon sold chocolate) So if my husband is happy, I am happy!

I ordered these for my husband as a stocking stuffer. When I took the pack out I could hear that the chocolate was in pieces & pieces of chocolate were falling out of the corner of the package. 1 of the bars wrapping was opened the other 3 were fine so I went ahead & gave them to my husband since there's no returns. He had one & thought it tasted weird. They expired months ago!!! The pack was in a plastic bag so have no idea if the chocolate was crushed in transit, which is possible, however doesn't seem there was any attention to detail as they were expired so really not sure.

It was old ..stale when it arrived. Like it was sitting in Grandma's drawer for 10 years. It crumbled when opened fell apart- all dry crusty. I threw it away and counted as a lost.

What can I say? It’s a flake.

When I buy chocolate I go for what I like, this does not mean one product but a lot. But sadly on this occasion I felt let down the bars are just not big enough one bite and they are gone and I think the price we pay for them it just to much, I'm a big lover of this brand but I have decided that I will not pay their prices for these pitting little bars that in one bite they have gone it's as clear as this.
