Replacing both outer tie rods on 2013 f150 ,do i need to buy 2 of the same part number or is the only for one side or the other

The Moog ES800515 is the left outer tie rod. Moog ES800514 is the right outer tie rod. Thank you

do they come pre greased?

Thank you for the question. The Moog ES800515 internal components are lubricated during assembly but the socket and boot may not be completely full. It is recommended that Moog serviceable parts are greased upon installation and at every oil change.
