Excellent firm silken tofu, and still in the 300g packs where many others are cutting the pack size down ( making for a frugal breakfast!) I mostly use for breakfast scramble but thus wiukd be very good in raven too.

Good product to add to vegetarian meals, but you will have to drain before you use. No taste. Once you open the tofu you must eat within 48 hours. So as a single person you would have to plan your meals appropriately.

Item arrived quickly, delighted to be able to source this tofu, I find it excellent for using in desserts or often use this instead of yogurt to increase protein intake. I wrap the tofu in a couple of clean tea towels and put it into the fridge overnight to absorb the whey and then blend the tofu with lemon juice and rind and a small amount of maple syrup - delicious! Very pleased with promptness of delivery. Thank you

My first trial of this “extra firm” variety. I normally use the “firm” tofu of the same brand. It’s double the price of the latter but, I found that there is virtually no whey in this one, which seems to account for at least 25% of the volume of the “firm” tofu. I read a tip for freezing and then defrosting tofu, which gives a firmer texture, but it can be quite messy and rather a faff. (It allows the whey to separate from the tofu to be poured away). Given the pros and cons, I shall probably change over to the “extra firm” variety. The taste seems the same with both. I like it and prefer the ease of use it offers for my purposes.

Tofu is recommended for anxiety in the book Calm your mind with food, and this is probably the best one i have tried for that purpose

While this tofu is great as always, the company recently changed their 12oz packaging to 10oz packaging to you're getting less for the same price

I just made an interesting choice with this tofu - I made macaroni cheese using the tofu as the base with Nut. Yeast added for the 'cheese' - it was wonderful - I was not sure how the tofu would behave - added just a little water & whipped it to a smooth cream with the Nut Yeast & it was delicious & a beautiful texture ! Did not grill the dish this time, but I will try that next time to see if it browns nicely too. I'm so happy. I'm not very fond of tofu chunks - somehow the soft middle doesn't work for me - I browse recipes all the time & have not found a tofu chunk recipe I like yet ! I will try mixing other things in with it to get a firm texture - really firm & chewy like a burger is what I want - Youtube is my friend tho !

Es una lástima que no se esté aprovechando este producto más debido a prejuicios falsos que han considerado los productos que contienen soya como algo que no es tan bueno para el ser humano cuando la realidad es completamente diferente. Si la fuente de proteína que tuviésemos se originara en plantas como el tofu las cosas relativas a nuestra salud serían mucho mejores de lo que son hoy. No se ha querido entender que por deliciosa o por costumbre que sea el usar proteína animal Esto no es lo que mejor convierte a nuestros cuerpos.

This is the first time I had ordered tofu online and the experience was good...i was a bit confused about the brand but after going through the reviews i ordered from this brand.The quality was perfect though it doesn't taste as good as Paneer🤤 as it is not made from milk but it can be an alternative to paneer for sure.

Very creamy, rich taste. I don't think it's firm at all, but it's very nice. I'll order again.
